寄存行李背包內的新IPad 被盜，我及孩子於7/4/2026住宿到7/9/2026後南下高雄將行李及背包寄存，於7/13/26 再回酒店住宿領回寄存行李後發現背包內的IPad 被盜，酒店工作人員當然不會承認，後即報警處理，中山分局發公文取錄音帶閱完錄影帶儍眼，託管的行李沒有放在儲藏室，只丟放在角落而且沒有监控器正對行李。更可笑酒店員工居然說「我們怎麼知道你們是否真的遺失IPad 」以下照片是在警察局拍下的錄影帶，劃四角紅框是酒店放行李的地方

乾淨

Cons:

配3茶包2濾掛4瓶水，還以為這房價至少有飯店自己烘焙的鳳梨酥或小點麵包、小汽水之類解饞。顯然飯店認為住行政套房者才是真正貴賓，其他自費去吧。
晚餐吃的buffet 才是無言，什麼5週年特別請的日本主廚設計風格餐食，cp值一言難盡，貪圖方便，悔之莫及

對於日式餐廳蠻驚艷的，有去到日本的感覺而且好吃。飯店每一位員工都有笑容很不錯，但是停車場上來的地方稍微窄了一點，如果開大車會有點辛苦要很小心，然後停車場的車格位子花太小了，如果是大車停在正中央會出不來
Pros:

熱豆漿很好喝。牛排第一天沒有拿，第二天才有拿牛排發現還不錯吃。
生菜和水果區可以。
蛋餅跟蔥油餅有換菜色，這一點給予鼓勵！然後份量可以少一點，蔥油餅不用太熱情夾給客人那麼多！！吃不完😂

Cons:

早餐吃起來的感覺可以再更好一點，例如味噌湯喝起來不夠好喝喝+鮭魚有一點點腥味，鯖魚也是有一點腥味。
蛋全熟太硬的（其實可以不用先煎好，不然就是要用煎的不要用圓形的煎，這樣子太老了）
品項蠻多的，但是部分不夠可口，也不會想夾。

would recommend it
Pros:

very good location, right next to the train station, there are 7-11, cosmed and poya within 5 minutes walk. room and bathroom are both spacious, got free live world cup matches. indoor swimming pool seems to open for long hours but we didn’t have time for it.

Cons:

pillows are really flat and not comfortable.
