große Zimmer, schöne Aussicht, ruhig im 15. Stock, sehr freundliches Personal, umfangreichesFrühstücksbuffet, gute Lounge dadurch wohl auch besseres Zimmer, Metro Station direkt gegenüber (Nanjing Fuxing).

Cons:

Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel nach europäischen Verhältnissen ungemütlicher, riesiger Frühstückssaal im Untergeschoss. Kreditkartenterminal funktionierte im Hotel nicht, obwohl überall sonst problemlos Kartenzahlung möglich. Wir mussten erst Geld wechseln und bar bezahlen.

Good hotel just don’t stay on the lower floors on the main road side of the hotel.
Pros:

The hotel has all the facilities to make it a very comfortable hotel , very close to the MRT green line and in a nice area with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants to choose from.

Cons:

We stayed for 4 nights at the start of our trip and had a room at the back of the property which was very good and quiet. Unfortunately we booked 1 night at the end of our trip and they placed us at the front of the hotel on a lower floor so there was a lot of noise from the street … cars, bikes etc as it is on a main road … so not much sleep from 5.30am onwards. Obviously very annoying given our experience when we stayed for 4 nights.

Pros:

The hotel is in a very convenient location! The buffet breakfast was very delicious. The spa and executive lounge were also wonderful. The hot water was very hot, which was great for showers and baths.

Cons:

The circulation and air conditioning does not seem to work well.
