Hotel confortable, bien agréable de pouvoir en profiter pleinement en cas de mauvais temps (salle de sport, piscine...). Bon petit déjeuner.

Betten waren zwar ordentlich gemacht aber da Haare in den Betten waren und das Laken nicht glatt war, hat da wohl schon vorher einer drin geschlafen.....
Der muffige alte Teppichboden ist auch erneuerungsbedürftig.
Die Minibar war leer und es gab noch nicht mal ein Wasser am Bett für den Gast.
Das Frühstück war Standart und war nichts was die Bewertung mit 4 Sternen rechtfertigen würde.

Our second day September 6th was not pleasant. There was work being done to rooms all around us and next door to us. From early in the morning until 5pm which made for a very unpleasant day.
When asked at the front desk about this we were told when we checked in on September 5th that was the only room available , we were not told about work that was going to be taking place next to us . We feel we should have been told this and we should have been given the option to stay there or not . We paid over 400.00 for 2 nights and we feel it wasnt right how our situation was handled we definitely should have been given another room for our second day/night to accommodate us better or we should be compensated in some way because of the situation your hotel put us in . If being upfront with us on September 5thwhen we checked may have made a difference but that wasn't done. So to say the least we are very disappointed
We were supposed to go camping but it got rained out and the staff was amazing. They put our camp cooler in their freezer so we would not waste the food it held. Also the breakfast was by far the best I have seen in a hotel.
Breakfast was pretty good for being included. The two staffers were really hard working to keep the food stocked and warm.
Our room was great - bed comfy, roomy, nice size bathroom and big fridge.
Would have given a 10 but were informed at check in time that one of the housekeepers was out sick and our room wasn't ready until after 6! 2nd reason was the elevator was broken later (after arrival) and we got lost on the floors trying to locate our floor (holding lots of packages) and ended up having to walk back out and use a different staircase to get to our room on the 3rd floor.
This was our second time staying. We enjoyed the pool and how clean the rooms were. This time not so much.
Our room wasn’t cleaned dust everywhere. Dirty mirrors. Food particles on the floor. Shaving cream or some kind of soap suck to the shower curtain. It was blue! During our last stay the pool was nice and warm. This time it was freezing. They advised a heated pool. This was not heated in the slightest. While at the pool with my kids others comment as well how old it was.

Je trouve désolent.
Nous avons oublier dans la chambre une gourde de voyage avec un isolant.
Deux jours plus tard nous somme retourner voir la personne à l’entrée de l’hôtel,pour qu’elle vérifie pour voir s’il l’avais trouver.
Après une courte vérification elle nous dit ne pas l’avoir retrouver.
Mais pour le reste de notre expérience Cétais très bien.

I liked how comfy the rooms were. The breakfast was good.
I did not like that our blankets had stains on it. That made our stay less enjoyable.

Erfreulich, dass es einen persönlichen Check in gibt, obwohl es mehrfache Aufforderungen gab, dies Vorgänger digital zu erledigen.
