Lovely location and lovely building
Pros:

We had a lovely room which was clean and quiet. Comfy bed and small but good bathroom.

But where were the shoe horn? All other Scandic Hotels I have stayed at have had a shoe horn?

Fantastisches Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal. Ich konnte schon um 12:00 Uhr einchecken.

Cons:

Der Wasserhahn im Bad war so niedrig, dass ich meine kleine Trinkflasche nur mit Hilfe des Zahnputzbechers auffüllen konnte.
Reinigung erfolgt nur auf Wunsch, was absolut in Ordnung ist. Aber als ich dann nach 3 Tagen eine Reinigung wollte, wurde nur gesaugt, das Bad wurde nicht geputzt.
Die Bettdecke war falsch herum bezogen (Nähte nach außen) und der Bettbezug war an manchen Stellen schon sehr abgewetzt.

Frukosten var utmärkt. Fanns allt och mycket trevlig man som hälsade alla välkomna, fyllde på, dukade av och fick alla att le och gav oss en bra start på dagen. Ett stort plus tack vare honom.

Great sleep, great people, great food and great location!
Pros:

Everything! The location was amazing. It’s close to so many of the sites to see in Gamla Stan. The place was super clean and the breakfast was absolutely amazing! The staff was among the friendliest I’ve ever seen in a hotel. I also love that the hotel is housed in a several hundred year old building with an interesting history. I will definitely book this hotel when I return to Stockholm.

Cons:

There was nothing I could find that I didn’t like about the property.

La stanza era accogliente, silenziosa e ben arredata. La posizione perfetta, vicino alla stazione dei treni e al Terminal degli autobus. Questo ci ha permesso di visitare in giornata le isole dell"arvipelago

Bardzo przytulny pokój, świetna lokalizacja, doskonałe śniadanie.

Cons:

Pokój raczej mały, ale właściwie jest w nim wszystko, co potrzeba. Z wyjątkiem klimatyzacji. Wentylator daje radę, więc nie doskwiera nawet tak bardzo. W hotelu może trochę brakuje baru, w którym można by usiąść i wypić kawę lub coś przegryźć, ale w okolicy takowych sporo.

Pros:

This hotel is very well placed for walking to all the main sites, ferries and places beyond. It is an easy stroll to the main square, Royal Palace and Post Museum, for example. Our room was at the back. It was spacious and had a little fridge which was very welcome for storing drinks during the 30C heatwave experienced while we were there. It did not have air conditioning but we kept it cool by keeping the windows and curtains closed while we were out during the day and only opening at bedtime. A fan was provided but we did not use it.

Charming old world hotel great value and excellent location

It had a nice feel like home, good breakfast and great location. 2/3 reception staff were clueless about any relevant information.

Pros:

Очень удобно расположен отель. Старый город. Вокруг много кафе. Для нас было важно, т.к. мы не брали завтраки.
Удобно добираться от Центрального ж\д вокзала. Рядом метро, пристань для путешествия по островам.
Прекрасный персонал. Чисто. комфортно.

Pros:

Som tidigare vistelse, perfekt läge om man vill strosa runt, äta och dricka i Gamla stan och Söder. Trevlig personal. Välstädat. Funkar fint att ha hunden med sig. Dock valde vi inte frukost denna gång då det är rätt stort pålägg.
