Tout s'est très bien passé, je garde un bon souvenir de ce séjour.
Pros:

Personnel accueillant.
Accueil, service et engagement de la responsable commerciale absolument remarquable ! Au top !
Très bonne cuisine lors du repas du midi.
Chambre impeccable et très confortable, silencieuse et propice au repos comme au travail.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas aimé l'environnement géographique, le parc immobilier environnant de l'hôtel.
Certes proche du RER A, accessible, mais une sensation de banlieue sombre et peu avenante, parfois sale aux abords de l'hôtel, alors qu'une fois dans l'établissement, tout est parfait.

Hôtel agréable mais la sécurité laisse peut-être à désirer

Propreté et calme global

Cons:

Qui peut accéder aux installations, notamment la piscine ? J’ai été victime d’intimidation par une personne dont je ne pense pas qu’elle ait résidé à l’hôtel (quid de la sécurité ?)

El aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien y la cama era muy cómoda

Cons:

Estuvimos esperando más de 1 hora para poder hacer el check in y no se disculparon en ningún momento. Tenía un lío increíble y no sabían solucionarlo y solo iban de un sitio para otro sin dar explicaciones. Nadie nos explicó las instalaciones, no sabíamos dónde estaba nada.
El agua de la piscina estaba muy sucia y turbia, además tiene mucho cloro y los ojos los teníamos muy irritados.

Pros:

Mijn eerste indruk: Bij aankomst vriendelijk ontvangen door receptioniste (Clarice). Ook bij het uitchecken vriendelijk geholpen door receptioniste (Fanny). Dank jullie wel! Onze auto veilig kunnen parkeren in de parkeergarage onder het hotel voor 12€ p/n. Hotelkamer+badkamer zag er schoon uit. We hebben ook gebruik gemaakt van het buitenzwembad, ideaal! De lobby zag er goed uit, grote scherm, waar je oa.voetbal kan kijken. Er is een flipper- en arcadekast, tafeltennis aanwezig.
Het personeel (restaurant en schoonmaak) over het algemeen vriendelijk.
De locatie: Top! Op 5min loopafstand van Commercial Centre, RER-station circa 20min in Parijs-centrum en het hotel ligt tegenover Les Espaces d'Abraxas (filmset van The Hunger Games)

Cons:

Het ontbijt was een beetje aan de duurdere kant €19,90 per volwassene, maar we hebben goed ontbeten. Tip: het afvalbak bij het zwembad op tijd legen, ivm. de hitte en dat gaat stinken. Voor de rest geen op- en aanmerkingen.
