Vi har bott här förut, ett antal år sedan och då var vårt rum olidligt varmt. De sa då att AC:n var trasig. De har haft 8’år sen på att laga den. Gick sådär. Vi hade ok rum men andra i sällskapet hade ett stekhett rum. Kylskåpet funkade inte och vi fick ingen städning på de tre dagarna vi bodde.

Fast 200 € für eine Nacht waren es nicht wert, aber typisch Mercure.
Pros:

Die Lage war optimal. Obwohl einiges bei der Reservierung schief gelaufen war, war das Problemmanegement sehr gut.

Cons:

Meine Reservierung ging unter und wurde automatisch storniert. Die Zimmertür war am 2. Tag geschlossen. Der Flur und das Treppenhaus war schmutzig. Die Spiegeleier waren kalt und verlaufen. Die Tiefgarage war teilweise geschlossen und es gab keine Parkplätze. Die Dusche bestand aus einer viel zu hohen Badewanne. Das Meeresrauschen und die Vogelstimmen in den Aufzügen haben genervt.
