Hotel ist dreckig und eher nicht zu empfehlen
Pros:

- Die Lage ist ländlich und nah am Elfrather See.
- Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist groß und es hat lecker geschmeckt.

Cons:

- Das Hotelzimmer war leider dreckig (Wattestäbchen unter dem Waschbecken vom Vorgänger, Nachttische dreckig, große Flecken auf dem Teppichboden).
- Wasser am Waschbecken ist nicht abgelaufen.
- Es kommen noch einige Zusatzkosten auf einen zu (25 € pro Tag für Sauna & Dampfbad, 9 € pro Tag für den Parkplatz, 15 € pro Tag für einen Hund).
- Es sind nicht genug Parkplätze vor dem Hotel vorhanden, sodass man seitlich am Hotel an einer Straße parken muss (bezahlen muss man trotzdem).
- Die Zimmer werden am Wochenende nur auf Anfrage gereinigt.
- Essen aufs Zimmer bestellen: Beim Anrufen an der Rezeption geht mehrfach niemand ran. Dann sind wir ins Restaurant gegangen, wo man uns zum Bestellen an die Bar geschickt hat. Das teure Essen muss man selbst abholen, ansonsten muss man nochmal 5 € bezahlen, wenn es aufs Zimmer gebracht werden soll. Abgeholt wurde das Geschirr vom Zimmer nicht mehr, sodass wir es am nächsten Tag selbstständig an die Rezeption gebracht haben.
- Beim Check-In wurden kaum Informationen gegeben (z.B. wie lange gibt es Essen, wo ist der Wellnessbereich, bis wann muss man auschecken,...). Insgesamt war das Personal nicht gut informiert.
- WLAN-Empfang sehr schwach im Zimmer.
- Der Naturjoghurt bei Frühstück war bereits flockig.

Pros:

spedzilismy w hotelu jedna noc, na plus to ze mozna przyjechac z pieskiem, czysty pokoj, duza wanna w czystej lazience, choc na dwie osoby mielismy tylko jeden komplet recznikow, co przy dwoch dobie obcych osobach mogloby byc problemem. Mielismy swoje reczniki.
Obsluga na recepcji mila i pomocna :)

Cons:

jedyym minusem jest to ze jest oplata za parking 9E na parkingu hotelowym, wydawac by sie moglo ze powinna byc wliczona w cene za pobyt lub darmowa.

Ottimo soggiorno a Krefeld
Pros:

Ottimo albergo anche se in una zona isolata, comodo parcheggio, camere spaziose e silenziose, ampia sala per le colazioni.
C'è un grande salone interno molto bello dove è possibile rilassarsi, passeggiare e leggere un libro mentre si beve una bibita

Am Anfang haben wir uns gefreut, ein so so schönes und großes Zimmer zu bekommen, aber schon nach kurzer Zeit, waren wir

Bequemes Bett!

Cons:

Kein richtiges Licht. Die Lampe am Schreibtisch war defekt. Der Kaffeeautomat auf dem Zimmer, konnte erst nachdem wir im Internet recherchiert haben, bedient werden.
Gebucht hatte ich ein Privileg Zimmer.
Habe etwas mehr erwartet.
Das Fenster konnte man nicht kippen.
Dadurch war es sehr warm im Zimmer.
Leider kein Entgegenkommen.
