Clear communication is the key
Cons:

Although my booking was for superior double room, receptionist assigned me room for reduced mobility (without even asking my consent). The given room was different from what I have booked, also did not have any beverages or possibility to prepare it. After making the remark, I was given water boiler, but no tea bags (receptionist stated superior room does not have tea bags either). Next day, after returning to hotel, the room doors did not work - at the reception I was told that my room has been changed to superior (PS. it did have tea bags!). Clear communication is the key and there is a room for improvement!
Hotel also does not provide iron.

Wir hatten die Übernachtung telefonisch strorniert und trotzdem wurde die Kreditkarte belastet am 11.05.26 mit 136,08 Euro. Wir möchten das Geld bitte zurückgezahlt bekommen. Vielen Dank!

Ein gutes, stadtnahes Hotel für Kurzaufenthalte mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in 10-min.-fußläufiger Lage zur Innenstadt, es sind viele Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe - sehr praktisch. Das Frühstücksbuffet habe ich nicht genutzt, weil ich kein "Frühstücker" bin. Schade aber ist, dass man nicht mal eine Tasse Kaffee gratis bekommt, was bei meinem letzten Aufenthalt bei der "Konkurrenz" kein Problem war (plus 1 Croissant), wenn man kein Frühstück gebucht hat. Naja.
Das Zimmer hatte eine schöne Lage zum Hinterhof, war sehr ruhig. Vermisst habe ich eine kleine Kühlmöglichkeit für Wasser etc. Das, finde ich, gehört in ein Hotelzimmer. Schöne wäre auch noch ein kleiner Wasserkocher gewesen, es gab aber die Möglichkeit, in der Lobby heißes Teewasser zu bekommen. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Cons:

Richtig zu meckern gibt's tatsächlich nichts.

Pros:

Hat diesmal alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Zentral gelegen. Zimmer ruhig. Klimaanlage auch. Betten geräumig und bequem. Wer keinen Anspruch an Luxus hat ist hier gut bedient. Vor allem bei 'One Night Stands' oder z.B. Tagungsbesuch. Im Umfeld viel nette Gastronomie aller Art.

Cons:

Die Luft im Flur vor dem Zimmer war einfach ätzend schlecht. Nun, da musste ich ja auch nicht schlafen.

Our room was opened by strangers twice
Pros:

Good location. Clean room. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Our room door was opened by strangers twice in the morning. We didn't know who they were or whether they worked for the hotel. This is a severe breach of privacy and casts serious doubt on the security of our room.
