Great stay would use again
Pros:

Lovely hotel with good location and great food.

Cons:

Great secure underground car park , BUT beware one of the entrances as it has a very steep ramp , not good for very low cars and a risk of grounding .

Excellent location for visiting the centre of Arras, good hotel, friendly personnel. Tasty breakfast and restaurant. Bed a bit small, but we slept well. We like Mercure, a good price quality comparison. Parking was fine.

Breakfast was 1st class and dinner was brilliant, the staff were top notch.
