Would definitely stay here again- 1st time but not the last.
Pros:

Greeting at reception was lovely. Staff member was very helpful and genuinely seemed to want you to have a good experience. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Parking was easy and quick and easy to use electric charging.

Cons:

We arrived a little late( just before restaurant closed)and had no option for food on site. Wasn’t far to walk to get food but would have been nice to just stay on site.

Lovely hotel.
Pros:

Typical Mercure. Lovely hotel with restaurant. Nice decor in rooms and common areas plus secure parking. Loved the place, especially the air con when I arrived on my motorcycle on a very hot day. I ate in the restaurant and it was very good. Excellent. Though pricey, breakfast.

Beautiful stay in Arras. The hotel was brilliant and I must commend the staff throughout the hotel specifically the front desk. We arrived after a long day of travel and the staff were kind enough to store our bags and offer us some bottled water whilst waiting for the room to be ready.

The room was lovely: the beds were super comfortable, bathroom and especially the shower was fabulous. All the amenities needed for a good stay.

We had dinner in the Le 58 restaurant and the staff were so kind (fussy eater) and made every effort to ensure we had a delicious meal.

I would reccomend this hotel.

Will definitely repeat this stay next time we visit your beautiful city
Pros:

driving to a dedicated car park then into reception was a bonus. Fast and efficient reception and thank goodness for decent air-conditioning during a heatwave. It was the music festival, Arras put on a stellar performance, so many friendly people and appreciate the strong police presence. No litter and no anti social behaviour, so so nice.

Cons:

no complaints, a perfect place to stopover before catching Le Shuttle

Great location, lovely hotel and restaurant, with excellent staff
Pros:

Great location, direct access to hotel from underground carpark, staff very polite, professional and friendly. The room was a good size, and everything was immaculate. Happy to see tea/coffee making facilities in the room (sadly lacking in other hotels)
We had booked a restaurant in town for dinner, but with a thunderstorm and heavy rain we decided to eat in the hotel restaurant (Le 58)...the food was fabulous, prices reasonable and the staff were lovely - unplanned but a real bonus!
There is a decent hotel bar, with separate quiet lounge areas.
Breakfast was really good, with lots of choice and a number of hot options.
Couldn't fault anything really...would stay here again!

chambre donnant sur l'arrière donc très calme malgré la fête de la musique
climatisation parfaite
accès au parking très facile
