Pros:

Emad, Omar, and Aya were exceptional and helped us throughout the stay. Made us feel right at home. Pastry chef Ibrahim who runs chocolate hour was super friendly and generous. We enjoyed speaking with him as well.

Mohammad at reception made our stay super special
Pros:

Scorpion Medo and Tarek were amazing and we had the best experiences snorkeling and seeing over 50 dolphins playing with us for half an hour. Unforgettable memories

I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, it did not meet the standards expected from a hotel of this category.

The room was in poor condition. The bed sheets and pillows were old, worn out, and looked neglected. There were visible stains and cleanliness was below acceptable standards. The bathroom was uncomfortable to use because water accumulated on the floor and drained very slowly, leaving an unpleasant smell.

The air conditioning was another major issue. The remote control did not work, so the AC kept running continuously. It was impossible to turn it off, adjust the temperature, or control it properly.

The food was also disappointing. The restaurants offered very poor quality, and I chose to eat outside the hotel several times because I enjoyed the restaurants and entertainment elsewhere much more.

The overall atmosphere lacked peace and relaxation due to constant noise and disorder.

At the Indian restaurant, I felt that the staff tried to mislead me by serving dishes that were different from what was described on the menu, which was very disappointing.

The entertainment (animation) team repeatedly asked guests to leave Google reviews, while the reception staff encouraged guests to leave positive reviews on Booking.com. This created an uncomfortable feeling, as guests should never feel pressured to write reviews during their stay.

The shisha at the pool bar became very poor after the tobacco brand was changed.

Overall, this stay was far below my expectations. The hotel needs significant improvements in cleanliness, room maintenance, food quality, guest comfort, and customer service before I would consider staying here again. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.
