Completely worth coming back

We had an unforgettable stay at Mövenpick Sharm El Sheikh. The ocean views were breathtaking, and the snorkeling right off the shore was absolutely exceptional crystal clear water, vibrant coral, and so much marine life.

The food was another highlight of our trip. Every meal was delicious and beautifully presented. A special thank you to Sarah and her team for their outstanding hospitality and care; they made dining feel like a true experience.

At the front desk, Mohamed Emad went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. His professionalism and kindness set the tone for the entire stay.

We also tried the horse riding, which was so much fun and added a unique touch to the trip.

Between the stunning location, the incredible food, and the wonderful staff, this resort truly exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to come back!

Avoid this property. Staff very uncooperative
Pros:

Nothing, I booked it as it was Jolly ville 25 years ago ,?it turned out to be previous Sofitel. Bad facility for a person waking with cane. Several levels ; stairs ,escalators ramps etc
Will never stay in this place

Nothing , Villa with swimming pool overlooking pike of dirt, they called it GARDEN!!

An unforgettable stay – Exceptional service and beautiful coral reefs!
We absolutely loved our stay at the Mövenpick! A huge thank you first of all to Nasser and Lozfy at the reception, who were so kind as to upgrade us to a room with a full sea view!
The ENTIRE staff at the Mövenpick is incredibly kind and attentive; they did absolutely everything to make our stay perfect. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable, and the buffets offered an amazing variety of delicious food.
The beaches are simply MAGNIFICENT! We went snorkeling almost every day, and each time was an incredible discovery and a truly exceptional moment. The restaurant staff also brought a smile to our faces every single day—they were so helpful and highly attentive to our needs. Huge respect for their hard work!
If we ever return to Sharm El Sheikh, we will return to the Mövenpick without a single hesitation!

Tutto il posto, la location, il panorama, le spiagge

Cons:

Il cambio degli asciugamani non avveniva con regolarità, se ritirava non sostituiva con quelle pulite rimanendo senza, come le lenzuola se rimani una settimana va bene, ma se rimani 2 settimane e’ doveroso cambiarle dopo una settimana trascorsa. Non si può lasciare tutto il soggiorno con le stesse lenzuola.

Un ottimo hotel alla fine della passeggiata di Naama che combina qualità e tranquillità.
Pros:

Un hotel meravigliosamente a 5 stelle anche per gli standard europei, stanze enormi, negozi interni, possibilità di escursioni, maneggio e centro benessere apprezzabilissimi. Mare accessibile da più fronti con passerella e non, spiaggia di saggia privata per un accesso al mare senza problemi. Barriera molto bella proprio davanti.

Cons:

Troppi venditori di servizi interni all'hotel che passano più e più volte al giorno in spiaggia proponendo ogni giorno i medesimi pacchetti e facendosi concorrenza tra di loro. La varietà del cibo al buffet è studiata per una clientela prevalentemente russa/ esteuropea, ma comunque abbondante.

The beach is absolutely amazing, with crystal-clear water, beautiful views, and one of the best snorkeling experiences in the area. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay.
The food was very good, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options available every day, so there was always something for everyone. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The room itself was elegant, spacious, and beautifully designed, combining comfort with a stylish atmosphere.
Overall, this resort exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly stay here again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation in Sharm El Sheikh.

A relaxing stay

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Mövenpick.

I booked two rooms on a half-board basis for my family, and both had serious cleanliness issues. In the first room, we found multiple stains and dead insects. In the second room, there was a blood stain on the bed sheet. To make matters worse, both rooms were full of mosquitoes, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. These are unacceptable conditions for any hotel, especially a Mövenpick where guests expect high standards of cleanliness and quality.

After I complained, the hotel arranged a special cleaning service just to make the rooms acceptable. That alone shows the rooms were not properly prepared before our arrival. Unfortunately, this did not restore our confidence in the hotel's hygiene standards, so we decided to leave after just one night instead of completing our planned stay.

The dining experience was equally disappointing. As a half-board guest, dinner was included, but the buffet felt more like a military mess than a five-star hotel restaurant. There were long lines for the main dishes, and within about 30 minutes of service starting, many of the food trays were already empty and were not refilled promptly, leaving guests with very limited choices.

The staff were polite and generous with sweet words and apologies, but good customer service is about solving problems, not just saying the right things. Friendly words cannot make up for poor cleanliness, the mosquito problem, and inadequate food service.

Overall, this experience was far below the standard I expected from Mövenpick. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
