Great location and space in 80’s style!
Pros:

Great space in the suite with lots of storage and the location was fantastic.
A short walk to the harbour front in a quiet area which was very convenient to get around everywhere

Cons:

It was like stepping back in time into an eighties themed hotel! It was very dated in decor too. No AC and the WiFi was absolutely terrible

This is a very comfortable hotel. I would stay there again.
Pros:

Room size was great, very comfortable. Location was close to ferry terminal and touristy attractions. Loved having a separate bedroom from main living area. Staff was very friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the house keepers.

Cons:

The one drawback was that my room was on Quebec street and it is very busy and a bit loud early in the morning. That is not the problem the hotel can fix though. If you are staying in the summer, there was not any A.C. in the room but they do have fans and the fans were very quiet (A+). Management might want to refresh some of the decor. For example, the wall art was faded, the furniture was a bit old I think, the sheer curtains did have a few rips-these items would not be a deal breaker for me, but might turn some folks off.

Great location! The attached diner, Floyd's, was wonderful! Great food and great staff! The hotel staff were very kind, friendly and willing to help. The suite was fantastic! Zero complaints 😊

Pros:

Room size with kitchen and livingroom was nice.

Cons:

Seen a mouse in the room, was offered another room but decided to stay as we thought the problem would be resolved quickly.Had traps put in every nook and cranny.Was there for 4 days, never did catch him.

Pros:

Awesome location close to the inner harbour.

Cons:

Initial reservation was at ground level with door on parking lot. We upgraded to a nicer room for 25$ and all was rectified.

Pros:

Nice, large suite. Fully equipped kitchen. Great location.

Cons:

Overall a bit weary, the hotel, the room and it's equipped is probably from the 70ies. It's OK and functional but smells accordingly.

Muito boa!
Pros:

A localização é excelente e cordialidade dos funcionários.

Cons:

O único senão é a falta de ar-condicionado nos quartos. Ficamos apenas uma noite, porém estava muito calor. Até tinha um ventilador portátil, mas não atendeu a necessidade.
