All over the place.
Pros:

They were very accommodating after rats were found in our original room. They gave us an upgrade and some snacks. Lots of lovely staff were helpful for the transition to the new room. This property is definitely in an amazing location. Walk right to the Harbour. My autistic son loved every minute of the time he was there though.

Cons:

Unfortunately an event took place that was out of my control and I got penalized for it because I was the registered guest. I understand there are protocols but one person in particular handled this very drastically and made me feel like scum of the earth.

Pros:

I stayed for only one night but the spacious suite (sizable kitchen, dining, and living room area) would have been great for an extended trip. The hotel is right across the street from the museum and only a couple of blocks from the harbor. Great central location for a visit for Victoria.

Cons:

My room was on the first floor and looked out into a parking lot area so it lacked privacy.
