Resepsiyon çalışanları çok yardımseverdi ancak bir hayal kırıklığı yaşadım odalarda mini buzdolabı yoktu Dolayısıyla içeceklerim hep ısındı çok zorlandım. Bir de tuvalette tuvalet kapaklarını kenarlarında sarı sarı lekeler vardı onun dışında konumu çok güzel tren garının hemen yanında ferah bir otel

Klozette kenarlarda köşelerde yer yer lekeler vardı. Buzdolabı olmaması hayal kırıklığıydı. Birde gardırop yoktu açık bir askılık vardı

5 for A Fair Stay but Hotel needs some love!
Pros:

We didn't book breakfast so we can't say much about it. Although, the location of the hotel was a 15-minute bus ride from the city centre, it was next to the central train station. We got our breakfast mostly there. There was also a supermarket inside the station so that came handy. We came by car so it was very important to find a hotel with parking. They offered supervised parking in front of the hotel and at the back. We parked at the back which was a little confusing to reach at first due to road maintenance. We interacted with two receptionists during our stay and they were very helpful with some issues we faced during our stay. The room itself isn't that big but we never had the idea that it was cramped especially with 3 luggages. We liked the fact that there was soundproofing with the windows. Our room faced the highways and we barely heard any noise from outside.

Cons:

We didn't really have high expectations of the place because it's a budget-hotel. Our main priority was the parking, value for money and accessibility of public transportation to the city centre. We didn't really take into account the room facilities. We stayed for two nights during the first week of May and damn it was hot. You'd expect that airconditioning isn't an afterthought in hotels but that was the case here. The airconditioning just kept blowing air but didn't really cool off the room. We tried opening the windows but the birds and highway noise was too loud. The staff kindly offered us another room but she said so that all the rooms are the same with the exact airconditioning unit. They also gave us a fan but it really didn't do much. We appreciate all the assistance from the staff but sadly the property let them down. This particular iBis needs a massive makeover to continue thriving. Otherwise, it's not even a value for money anymore.

Otelin konumu muhteşemdi. Merkez tren istasyonunun hemen yanındaydı. Otobüs, metro, tramvaya çok yakin. Ulaşım harika. Otel yeni ve temiz. Carsaf ve havluların temizliği bizi memnun etti. Ancak oda ve banyo aşırı küçük. Oğlum ve ben iri insanlar olduğumuz için hareket edemedik ve odamızın değiştirilmesini talep ettik. Bedensel olmasa da engelli kartına sahip olduğumuz için bizi engelli odasına transfer ettiler. Orası daha genişti. Memnun kaldık. Otelde kilitli bagaj saklama odası var. Biz odamızı boşaltıp valizlerimizi fiş karşılığı ücretsiz olarak teslim ettik. Sonra gezmeye gittik. Trenimizin hareket saatinde de valizlerimizi teslim aldık. Resepsiyon görevlileri guleryuzlu, kibar, ingilizce bilen kisilerdi ve çözüm odaklıydılar, İlgilerinden dolayi çok teşekkür ederim.

Cons:

Odalar ve banyo çok kucuk, hareket edecek alan yok. Klima vardi ama çok ses yaptığı için kapatmak zorunda kaldık. Yataklar çok rahatsizdi. Sabah bel ağrısı ile kalktım.

O que eu mais gostei é que o Ibis não decepciona onde quer que vc vá. O padrão é o mesmo! Ideal para quem quer, após um dia cansativo, uma boa cama e, de manhã, um café da manhã completo com excelente custo-beneficio. Em qq canto do mundo, vc sabe exatamente como será o Ibis, sem surpresas. Eu aprecio muito isso.

Pros:

I lived for 3 years in Heidleberg, so it was pretty known place. But, someone travelling for the first time to Heidelberg, the location of this hotel is the best. It is located right outside the manin train station, and is well-connected via bus, Tram to City centre, Old city (Altstadt). Even one can easily walk down to these places. The tsaffs are super nice and helpful. The included breakfast was value for money.

En ze zijn niet blij met booking.com dat we geboekt hebben
Pros:

Personeel niet vrindelijk hepzucht naar geld en ontbijt erg slecht alleen brood en kaas voor dat geld waardeloos we gaan nooit meer ibis hotel verblijven teleuurstellen 😕

Alles hele hotel gang en lift stink vies geur
Alles draaid om geld
