I expected more from a 3* hotel
Pros:

The location was good for accessing public transport and there was a green space to walk the dog nearby

Cons:

The first room given had defective plumbing I washed my hands and the water poured out onto the bathroom floor. The room was changed but imagine if the hotel had been completely full as has happened to me before!
In the second room my partner and I took a shower and found that the water wouldn’t flow away and I had to take a shower with my feet in dirty water and the shower tray nearly overflowed. My daughter had a similar experience in her room on the same floor. We had to complain to the staff obviously and we felt that this had been reported before but maintenance had not been carried out and cleaning staff clearly didn’t clean the bathrooms with water or they would have noticed the plumbing issues and reported this to the management . On the plus point after asking for some recompense ie not freely given a voucher for free access to the cold drinks refrigerator was given. The staff response was just fair and customer care lacking

Pros:

Die Lage war top und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und für einen Kurztrip vollkommen ausreichend.

Cons:

Leider hat die Klimaanlage im Zimmer nicht richtig funktioniert und ein Fenster konnte man nicht aufmachen da das Zimmer zum Bahnhof hin lag und es dadurch mit offenem Fenster zu laut war.

Für unsere Wünsche war es entsprechend günstig und nah am Zentrum.
Pros:

Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut. Die Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof aber man hat eigentlich nicht viel davon mitbekommen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und schnell.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage bei 40 Grad war schon sehr überlastet. Im Frühstücksraum hatte man zumindest ein paar Ventilatoren aufgestellt. Und dann das typische Ibis, Zimmer sehr klein und man kann nicht mal normal auf WC weil es sehr eng eingerichtet ist aber das weiß man wenn man Ibis bucht. Für uns war nur günstig und sauber bei diesem Trip wichtig.

Perfekte Lage für ein Wochende
Pros:

Die Lage war super direkt am Bahnhof gelegen. Das Service Personal am Empfang war freundlich und hilfsbereit, sowohl beim Check -in als auch beim Check-out.

Cons:

Klimaanlage müsste nochmal erneuert werden, bei extremer Hitze draußen hatte die Klimaanlage ihre Probleme und konnte nur bedingt helfen.
