Disappointing
Pros:

Welcoming staff member was really nice and helpful. She also spoke to me in Italian. Breakfast was fine.

Cons:

Room was absurdly small, the bed was right opposite the door, so whenever someone would open/shut the door in the neighboring rooms, I would always hear a big thumping noise. Bathroom was also extremely tiny and uncomfortable

Super hotel voor een paar nachtjes
Pros:

Heel dicht bij het centrum, kleine kamer maar prima voor een paar nachten. Absoluut niet gehorig! Het is allemaal klein, maar het ontbijt was goed. Je kon de hele dag koffie, thee, koel water en bruis water gratis pakken.

Fine for disabled.
Pros:

Outstanding staff. I am didabled on a mobility scooter. When the lift broke and I was on the 5th floor the staff carried my luggage and scooter downstairs whilst I walked down on my crutches. They were so helpful. The lift was fixed within a couple of hours and I was given a new room on the first floor. Outstanding customer service. Thank you. Fine for people mobility problems. My scooter just fitted in the lift

Pros:

Well equipped room, ironing board available at the corridor, coffee, drinks are for free in the coffee corner. Very helpful staff.
