La calefacción

Cons:

Ascensor viejo y pequeño (parecía poco mantenido, sonaba demasiado)
Habitaciones con poco aislamiento de ruido, ya que se escuchaba todo lo que ocurría en habitaciones cercanas o en pasillo.
Baño con poca mantención de muros (hongos a la vista y sin ventilación)

Mi peor experiencia en todo un mes de viaje.
Pros:

Las instalaciones buenas. Un poco viejo pero bien mantenido. Muy buena ubicación.

Cons:

La atención sumamente fría y despersonalizada. Una noche que hacía 1 grado, la habitación tenía apenas una frazada finita y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Me trajeron una frazada más a la segunda vez que reclamé y quería que bajara a buscarla. No recibí ni unas disculpas ni pareció interesarle mi descontento.
Wifi prácticamente no andaba.

Inseguridad y baño inundado.
Pros:

Poco y nada.

Cons:

La empleada de limpieza "Nancy" nos robó unos AirPods. Entro a nuestra habitación y los hurtó. No nos mostraron las cámaras desde la gerencia. Pésimo. El baño se inundaba al bañarse.

Bom custo beneficio, boa localização, equipe atenciosa.
Pros:

Localização excelente, quarto amplo e cama confortavel.
Area comum do hotel bonita e aconchegante.
Café da manhã bom, poderia ter mais opções salgadas.

Cons:

Estávamos no 4 andar, o prédio é antigo e as vezes a porta do elevador não fechava, e o elevador ficava parado no respectivo andar e tínhamos que subir as escadas
O banheiro não tem box, somente um vidro pequeno que deveria ser um pouco maior pois molha todo o banheiro ao abrir o chuveiro.

La ubicación es muy buena y las habitaciones muy cómodas. El desayuno es adecuado y bien variado

Cons:

El equipo de AC no funcionaba en modo calor... La habitación es fría. Solicitamos una frazada qué llego recién a la noche siguiente después de 3 reclamos. Solo trajeron frazada para una cama y era una habitación triple.
