Très bon séjour
Pros:

La localisation était parfaite, le personnel aussi serviable que professionnel.

Cons:

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et la salle de bain n’avait pas de porte ce qui était bizarre et pas pratique pour l’intimité sanitaire.

Gute Lage. Solide Ausstattung und Frühstücksmöglichkeit!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war optimal. Man konnte alles fußläufig erreichen. Auch die Bahnanbindung (Bus, Tram und DB) war super!

Das Hotelzimmer hatte eine solide Ausstattung. Alles was man braucht.
Das Frühstück war gut!

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Wer Nachbarn hat, welche gern laut und lange TV schauen oder Musik hören, wird nicht sofort in den Schlaf kommen!

Toller und citynaher Ausblick auf Potsdam
Pros:

An der Rezeption Frau Baum war ausgesprochen zugewandt, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war auch keine aufgesetzte Freundlichkeit.
Gut fand ich die Kannen mit Filterkaffee zum Frühstück.
Die Klimaanlage!👍😊

Cons:

Das Frühstück mit 24€ ist überteuert, zumal die Brötchen aufbackbrötchen waren, die geräucherte Forelle hart und trocken, keine Nüsse zum Müsli.

Ein toller Kurzurlaub im attraktiven Potsdam
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super - in der City und am Hafen. Unser Blick aus dem Fenster in der 12. Etage war einfach toll. Das Zimmer war neu eingerichtet und entsprach unseren Bedürfnissen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig. Die Bar nahe des Foyers haben wir jeden Abend für einen kleinen Absacker genutzt.
Im nahe gelegenen Bahnhof konnte man relativ preiswert parken.

Cons:

Das Restaurant war nicht sehr attraktiv, aber in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels befinden sich sehr gute Alternativen.

Pros:

Die schöne Lage, Zimmer in der 14. Etage, dadurch super schöne Aussicht, kurze Wege zur Innenstadt, sehr freundliches Personal, leckeres Frühstück und überall war es sauber !!!

Cons:

Es gab an keinem Tag Lachs zum Frühstück. Noch nicht einmal am Sonntag, schade ! Und es hätte ein bisschen abwechslungsreicher sein können, dann wäre es ein perfektes Frühstück. 😅
Am Abend in der Bar war die Bedienung sehr langsam (älterer Italiener).
Und die Parkplatz Gebühren von 24,00 € pro Tag fanden wir zu teuer. Wir haben dann hinter dem Lustgarten für die Hälfte des Preises geparkt.

Wir kommen nicht wieder.
Pros:

Der Blick auf die Havel war sehr schön (9. Stock)

Cons:

Das Personal war nicht sehr freundlich und nicht lösungsorientiert.
Die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut sowie auch der Straßenverkehr trotz geschlossenem Fenster.
Das Bad eher eine Nasszelle, das Waschbecken im Schlafzimmer fanden wir auch nicht sehr glücklich.
Parkplatz des Hotels sehr teuer, im nebenliegenden Lustgarten kann man für 10 Euro pro 24 Stunden parken.
