Pros:

Room really suitable for a couple. We had to use the pull out sofa for our son, not any room once this was used. Beautiful surrounding and super close to the lakes and transport we could use to get to the lakes. So great location. Bit over priced but this is typical for Banff and Jasper areas.

Very poor value for money at the price point, I expect a standard they could not reach. Tired buildings, tired rooms, noisy particularly with window open as no air conditioning. Restaurant expensive.

Comfortable, friendly, easeful
Pros:

The property was great, room clean and comfortable. Restaurants had tasty food. Loved the free s'mores and fire in the gazebo. Easy to catch shuttle or transit to the lake.

Great place way over priced
Pros:

Too busy I felt rushed didn’t even get the coffee I wanted

Cons:

Well most of the staff were pleasant there was one lady that popped on shift she was VERY rude with me when I asked her about the computer and printer available

On voit que le bain a été réparé plusieurs fois.
La Poignée du bain tenait a peine.

De locate was prima.
Het personeel aan de balie was zeer vriendelijk.Het ontbijt was redelijk, maar het vervelende was, dat de mevrouw die ons bediende, zeer slecht verstaanbaar was. Bovendien was het lastig omdat je kon kiezen uit twee soorten ontbijt en niet duidelijk was wat waarbij hoorde. De prijs- kwaliteit vonden wij niet kloppen.
Veel te duur voor wat je krijgt en sommige dingen ,zoals een chocoladefontein, totaal overbodig ! We legden ons bestek neer, toen we ons bord leeg hadden en meteen stond de mevrouw weer naast ons, met de vraag” finished”. Ik begrijp het wel, want er stonden mensen te wachten om te gaan ontbijten! Maar fijn is het niet!

Cons:

Ik vind de prijs- kwaliteit verhouding echt niet kloppen! Bijna €500 voor 1 nacht in een doorsnee kamer en dan nog zonder ontbijt! Er werd echt geprofiteerd van een druk weekend ( labour day, wat we niet eens wisten ! )
