Always a comfortable stay- the atmosphere is always friendly never feel rushed!
Pros:

I LOVE when I come to visit my son and his family, we all can have a swim in the pool! My grandkids call it Granny’s pool.
The bed is soooo comfortable

Cons:

One elevator was out of service.
I was on the same floor as a girls baseball team. It was fun to hear all the laughter.

Unpleasant because of the lift experience.
Cons:

The only working elevator kept acting up! My family and I got stuck in it! The second one was completely out of order! It took about half an hour to get to our rooms because of the queue for the only half functioning lift that could only take 3 people at a time!

Layover after anniversary European vacay

Cons:

When we walked in the front mat was dirty and the ATM machine was not cooperating with my bank cards from the Bahamas . Also both sides should have USB & charging sockets.
