Lovely , wonderful stay at Grand Hotel Adriatico
Pros:

Me and my friend came to spend 1 night in Florence and we which an amazing hotel located in downtown. The staff are amazing and whenever I call I need something, they bring on spot . The location is super great , our room was clean, I liked it while it was not on view their breakfast was incredible and they let us to do late check out . The vibes of the hotel was wonderful, definitely I will come back again !!!

Siamo i clienti ormai storici di questo Hotel di alto livello di servizi d'accoglienza. Lo staff molto professionale e gentile. Tutto ben pensato e organizzato in miglior modo. La posizione è eccellente. Le camere di generose dimensioni, silenziose e pulite, nella nostra stanza il bagno era nuovo. Ristorante Opera offre la colazione ricca e buona, ed a cena, anche se non propone ampia scelta del menù, però si mangia bene, e il cameriere Nicolò è gentile, preparato e parla diverse lingue. Vorrei ricordare anche la prima governante Elena, che è molto professionale, gentile, empatica.

Cons:

Al Check in magari la prossima volta più attenzione al cliente, che con la figlia che non si sentiva bene, tre- quanto volte deve chiedere se pronta la camera e ogni volta agente reception "deve andare a controllare". Dovrebbe essere inventato qualche altro modo di assegnazione delle camere.

Pros:

- Quarto grande com um bom ar condicionado e uma casa de banho limpa
- Cama muito confortável
- Uma casa de banho com produtos acima do básico. Tem três tamanhos de toalha diferentes.
- Os funcionários eram muito simpáticos e prestáveis;
- É muito central e perto de tudo. Dá para fazer a cidade a pé.
- Deixaram um bilhete a agradecer a escolha com um chocolate

Cons:

- No quarto, havia uma tomada que não funcionava e uma luz com mau funcionamento.
- No Booking é referido que o hotel dispõe de serviços de streaming, como a Netflix, mas essa informação não corresponde à realidade.
- O pequeno-almoço ficou bastante aquém do esperado para um hotel de quatro estrelas:
Existiam muito poucas opções de fruta e havia um excesso de alimentos fritos.
