Wunderbares italienisches Hotel in Toplage
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Alles ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, Betten hervorragend und nachts ist es sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück bietet eine umfangreiche Auswahl. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung im Bad könnte mit einem Schminkspiegel für Damen verbessert werden. Zum Duschen musste man in eine Badewanne steigen.

Loved our stay and would definitely stay again, will recommend to others.
Pros:

The property is located very centrally and it was very easy to walk to all of the tourist attractions. Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The beds are a little hard and pillows were flat but nothing other than that, great hotel.

Soggiorno piacevole
Pros:

Posizione comoda per il centro è comoda per raggiungere il Visarno Arena per un concerto. Camera silenziosa e ottima accoglienza. Comodo parcheggio interno anche se a pagamento e un po’ caro.

Cons:

Colazione da integrare con qualche yogurt fresco e magari greco.

Great staff, clean , comfortable rooms
Pros:

We stayed here 3 nights, and are very happy with choice of hotel. Service minded man at the front desk. We arrived late because of evening flight. But he helped us with the sleeping arrangement, (sharing the same duvet is not for everyone ;-) ) We are very grateful for his service. Breakfast staff in the morning was nice too, and the breakfast had all we needed. Rooms were clean and perfect. Air condition worked well, and beds were very comfortable. Location is also good, it is easy to walk to all the important sights in city centre. Desåpite the good central location, we heard very little noise from outside the hotel, so sleep quality was perfect , (we had room towards backyard). We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Firenze.
