Perfect for our needs.
Pros:

Proximity to sites and great reception staff. They were all excellent, professional and personable. They were also extremely thoughtful. The hotel is also close to some good local restaurants. Thank you we enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The male bar member of staff- grumpy & brusque!
The hotel is quite dated - especially rooms/bathrooms and for the price we expected a little better.

Es hat uns gut gefallen, wir würden wieder buchen.
Pros:

Die Lage war super, zu Fuß in 5 Minuten am Bahnhof und in 15 Minuten bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Auch die Bushaltestelle ist gleich ums Eck, wenn man nicht gut zu Fuß ist.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, es könnte jedoch etwas mehr frisches Obst angeboten werden.

Fantastic location near the Train and Bus station for those who explore cities around Florence
Pros:

The breakfast serving time and its spread were simple and good. The restuarant was well managed and it was big enough for the morning peak hours. We chose this hotel for its quiet location but close to the train and bus station if you are planning for excursions outside of Florence.

Cons:

If you have an early excursion, it would be best that you bring your own box/flask to grab some breakfast on the go. We stayed for 4 nights but was given only free bottles of water on the first day.
