Room door was warped and couldn't open properly; for a 5 star hotel, should have maintained the rooms properly.
Check in was not smooth as front desk charged me incorrectly. If I didn't trigger, i would have paid more than the price as stated on Booking.com. I was told the hotel system overrode the charges that was from Booking.com; I'm not sure if I understood what happened. Perhaps hotel or Booking.com could explain?

I had a very pleasant stay and was extremely satisfied with the hotel. Everything was well organized, the rooms and facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. I would especially like to highlight the staff, who were always friendly, professional and very helpful. Their hospitality really made my stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
