Paid for parking?
Pros:

Very friendly staff, 24 hour reception. Clean, tidy, good facilities, good black out curtains. Great pool. Short walk from train station and bus stop just past hotel. Good distance to beach and Musselburgh.

Cons:

I didn't realise we had to pay for parking - parking in the hotel carpark. I was a bit annoyed at that. Still am.

We also had a 3rd bed put in. It was a fold up one, and although it was sturdy enough, the mattress was lacking in quality.

I have bragged about how great these accommodations are to friends and family. Highly recommend
Pros:

I was amazed at the staff of this facility, they went the extra mile at every turn. Rooms were comfortable and pool and hot tub were a definite bonus. Location was good as long as one was okay connecting with transportation, not in walking distance to the sights.

Cons:

Hotel needs a bit of upgrading but considering the advantages and kind staff some of this can be overlooked. Attached restaurant lacks a bit in service.

Gelegen in een leuke wijk met de bus maar het centrum voor de deur, vriendelijk personeel, goed eten.

Cons:

Niet het mooiste hotel en een beetje oubollige kamer.

An und für sich ein gutes Hotel
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Wir waren in einem Familienzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und 2 Kinderbetten. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Das Essen im Bistro war auch gut.
Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. ca.20min. in die Stadt.

Cons:

Ausstattung vom Hotel wirkt etwas alt.

Rezerwacji dokonaliśmy w dniu przyjazdu. Lokalizacje wybraliśmy ze wzgledu na położenie przy Portobello. Mielismy dwa pokoje dwuosobowe z wygodnymi łóżkami i prywatnymi łazienkami. W jednej lazience byla wanna a w drugiej prysznic. W lazience dostępny zel do kapieli I swieze reczniki. Bylismy akurat w dniu finału Mistrzostw Świata w piłce nożnej takze dodatkowym plusem byl pub/restauracja, w ktorej moglismy obejrzeć mecz. Śniadanko mielismy w cenie pokoju, dosc skromne I mały wybór ale dało sie cos wybrać. Polecamy rodzinom z dziecmi skorzystanie z basenów. Hotel udostępnia na basen reczniki co jest takze świetnym plusem. Przy baseie jest takze sauna. Check in i check out sprawnie i szybko. Nie potrzebowałam nawet dokumentu tożsamości. Ogólnie oceniam wypad za bardzo udany i poleciłabym hotel dla rodzin z dziećmi

Szkoda, ze w pokojach nie ma małych lodówek. Bylo bardzo gorąco i ciezko bylo utrzymac napoje chłodne a w recepcji na dole woda byla akurat wyprzedana. Podlogi bardzo skrzypią, wszedzie sa dywany I niestety nie należą do najczystszych. Dość problematyczne dla alergikow na kurz. Przy hotelu jest parking ale niestety płatny £8 za dobę, uwazam ze dla gości powinien byc w cenie rezerwacji.
