Pleasant stay in the ever delightful Burgos
Pros:

Location was excellent as well as breakfast . The staff was friendly and the AC was super powerful

Cons:

Room was smallest we have ever stayed in in Spain but that was not the issue,it just was really badly designed for a 4* hotel. No hooks for handbags or coats, not enough sockets, some of the lights in the room did not work, the bathroom had a doorstop that was in the middle of the room so easy to stumble on it in the middle of the night if going to the loo. Ancient TV without any streaming services or ability to cast/ connect it with a HDMI cable.Tea provided in the room but had to call and ask for a kettle to boil it, Parking really expensive for such an awkward to get into carpark.

Noisy people in the room next door getting in at 4am in the morning and laughing and banging about the room till 6 am

El servicio del area de recepción fue excelente y el detalle del agua en la habitación tambien fue muy agradable

Cons:

Me haría falta un cartel por la noche señalando el timbre de la puerta a lo mejor estaba y no lo vi con el cansancio pero me costo verlo

Lo mejor es la ubicación. El hotel está muy limpio, las habitaciones son un poco incómodas, sólo hay una silla poco comoda para sentarse, el baño un poco deteriorado, rotos algunos azulejos de la bañera qe es incómoda.Creo qe necesita algo de renovación.
