Cons:

The lighting in the bathroom was terrible. The lighting was dim at best, impossible to even insert a contact lens and no light in the shower. I informed reception and they didn't seem to care; they did however send a maintenance person to check the light. The maintenance person said there was nothing he could do. The one and only light in that bathroom should be replaced if it cannot be fixed.

Overall I will recommend. Perfect location. Mall right across the street.
Pros:

Microwave on the floor and nice room. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The pool was average. Towels were not stocked for the pool. Had to use one from my room.

Cons:

Le bruit dans le lobby à l'arrivée. Un groupe s'y était installé et buvait. Difficile de communiquer avec la personne à la réception tellement c'était bruyant.

It was really hot
Cons:

Everything was good except that the AC didn’t work, even though we bought 2 fans it was still a sauna inside the room. It was 35 degrees outside and probably the same inside the room.

L'hôtel est bien situé dans Gatineau. Il offre tout ce qu'on peut s'attendre d'un hôtel du genre.
Pros:

Les lits étaient confortables. Le déjeuner était varié. Le personnel était courtois.

Cons:

Le débit d'eau et la pression de la douche était insuffisant. Nous en avons informé la personne à la réception pour qu'il fasse faire vérifier ce détail.

Age de 80 ans pas de ascenseur pour le 2 étage. Le frigidaire qui faisait du bruit. Manque de éclairage dans la salle de bain. Voisin qui faisait bruit jusqu'à 3 heures du matin
