It was okay but I would have expected better due to pricing.
Pros:

The bed was okay pretty comfortable and we did get free breakfast.

Cons:

The ticket machine took our ticket when we left and no one told us they were messed up when we walked in to check in. Then the shower door wouldn’t close all the way and water went everywhere, then to top that off the hot water didn’t work and no one told us. I called around 12 to ask why the water wasn’t heating up after it being left off for 30 minutes. I got a rude answer about saying it was messed up and wouldn’t be fixed til 4 am. We woke up at 8 and the showers were still messed up. The curtains were messed up and broke when I opened them. Then when I went to check out they offered us a free water due to the showers not having hot water. We got told when we checked in we paid 50 just in case because they needed a card for the hotel. They took 30 from the 50 dollars for our parking ticket and told us we would get our 20 back after checking out. We have been checked out for over 12 hours and have yet to get any money back.

The friendliest staff!!
Pros:

The staff at the front desk is your biggest asset! I was only there a few nights but I felt so welcomed every time I came in. The friendliness make me feel safe. Traveling alone, as a woman can be challenging sometimes, but your staff made my trip amazing.

Great location for the Spectrum Center
Pros:

The staff were great and the location to the Spectrum Center was great. parking was secure and had one charger

Cons:

The rooms are outdated and the hotel bar and restaurant food was not very good but service was great.

Nice Location
Pros:

The location is great with many walkable sites. Close proximity to shopping and downtown.

Cons:

I didn't like having to pay $30.00 a day for parking. Also the air conditioner above me dripping water all night and the noise from highway.

Definitely recommend if staying in Uptown.
Pros:

The staff was amazing, especially Erin and the other young man that checked us in. They were warm and welcoming and started our trip out perfectly!

Great Stay!
Pros:

Thank you for a wonderful experience with excellent staff. Sherry is absolutely amazing. She made our stay extra great! We had a great time at the hotel & the room was so wonderful. Will be back & tell others to come stay here.

Had a great time in Charlotte and the staff at your hotel was excellent
