Pros:

The breakfast was good, coffee excellent. All the staff was friendly and helpful Especially had a great experience with Justin and Mendeza when checking in Chris drove us to The Spectrum Center Everyone was awesome

Would definitely stay again
Pros:

Staff was exceptional, location was great, private parking garage was very safe with plenty of space.

Cons:

The elevators felt a little old, but that was really no big deal. The signage for the lobby / check-in was a little confusing.

Cons:

I reserved in Bookings.com and found out after I paid it would cost $30 to park. And then my parking ticket did not work when I went to re-enter the garage.

Pros:

The front desk was a great help to me .

Cons:

Property was great my experience with booking.com is what was atrocious!! I paid booking.com $442.70 for a 2 night stay and when I arrived to check in I didn’t have a reservation and they didn’t show me prepaid. So I had to pay again and now booking won’t refund my money!
