Parfait emplacement au coeur de la ville de Cambridge permettant de tout faire à pied. Une décoration de style "just graduated" qui convient parfaitement à l'ambiance universitaire de la ville et une terrasse magnifique au bord de la rivière Cam pour profiter des soirées d'été !
Location is excellent. View of the river , close to town and punts. Restaurant, especially the outdoor dining is a wonderful way to spend a lazy summer afternoon or evening. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous.

Parking extra but expected, and great location in the city, room with a balcony over the river too.
Ordered room service on the evening and they took my order, 20 mins later a call to my room to say they didnt have what I ordered, I changed it for something else, and the same happened again, so I changed it again for a bbq pizza, this took ages to arrive and was not bbq when it did get to me, and was cold, I ate ita s I was very hungry.
My suggestion would be to avoid room service and go down to eat.

Lovely location over looking the river
The fact that our original booking twin room with river view & balcony was not available. Fortunately we received an upgrade. Larger double beds to compensate for no balcony being available

It's always a pleasure to stay at the Graduate. It was our 2nd time here. The staff are really warm and welcoming. The rooms ever so beautiful as always.
We had the pleasure of dining here the last time and were excited to have a great experience in the restaurant. However, I must say the standard seemed to have dropped since our last visit. Really bugged us out.
Didn’t eat there—too expensive. Great location. Love the patio area.
The toilet had a bit of gross stuff on it, which wasn’t very visible so I understand why it was missed but it grossed me out. No one to blame—just an accident.

My husband is allergic to pets and I specified this beforehand, hotel room lovely but on sleeping found the mattress far too soft and we kept falling into the middle, hotel very kindly upgraded us eventually the next afternoon but the bedding was not non allergenic, this had to be addressed. Breakfast taken on first morning only, looked lovely but when I asked for a warm plate to put my warm breakfast on I was told this was not possible. I chose some of the continental choices instead, decided to go elsewhere for breakfast thereafter. know Cambridge is expensive, but was shocked at hotel guests paying £26.50 per day for parking, would have thought this would have been cheaper for guests. Would I stay there again? No but would visit due to the gardens.
