The pool, hot tub, steam room, Spa Jasper, laundry, Walter’s dining room & Hearthstone lounge will be closed from October 13, 2025 to June 30, 2026. During this period, Guests can use the pool, hot tub and laundry facilities at Marmot Lodge, and Spa Jasper will reopen at Chateau Jasper.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The Forest Park Hotel provided a comfortable base for us during our stay in Jasper.
Pros:

The room was a comfortable base for our stay in Jasper. At the far end of town, it was quiet. But also, at the far end of town, it was a good 15 minute walk to get to the commercial area of Jasper.

Cons:

It is still under development, no elevator to 3rd floor, Quite expensive. No restaurant, no gym yet ready. View to the construction trailer.

We just used the pool next door and got breakfast in town, still 10/10 experience!

Great stay, very new, clean and comfortable.

Renovated rooms are really nice and comfortable.

Cons:

Needs a lift for guests staying away from the lobby lift, but that’s not a big deal if you are able bodied.

Cons:

It would have been nice to know they were in the middle of construction, before we made our reservations. However, the property did do everything they could to minimize the any disturbances during our stay.

Pros:

Belle grande chambre très confortable et bien équipée. Salle de bain moderne et fonctionnelle, ventilation efficace et discrète. Hôtel en cours de rénovation réussie.

Cons:

Insonorisation avec le couloir comme dans la majorité des établissements.

Super Hotel in guter Umgebung in Jasper.
Pros:

Super Hotel am Rande Jaspers.Momentan wird die Anlage modernisiert.Der Teil der schon gemacht ist sieht super aus.Freundliches Personal.Parking direkt vor dem Zimmer.Alles vorhanden im Zimmer.Das Zentrum Jaspers ist in gut 10Gehminuten erreichbar.Super Frühstück hatten wir im Terra.Abendessen kann ich das Maligne Range super empfehlen.

Comfy room, obliging staff
Pros:

The room was a good size, the in-room facilities were great (hot plate, dishwasher, sink, kettle, cutlery etc), the shower was hot and the beds were comfortable. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

Cons:

During our stay, there was no restaurant onsite which meant walking (or catching the bus or a taxi) to find meals, as we didn’t have our own car.
