The pool, hot tub, steam room, Spa Jasper, laundry, Walter’s dining room & Hearthstone lounge will be closed from October 13, 2025 to June 30, 2026. During this period, Guests can use the pool, hot tub and laundry facilities at Marmot Lodge, and Spa Jasper will reopen at Chateau Jasper.

Pros:

Room was of good size and comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom shower had a metallic soap holder mounted on the wall directly behind the shower door. This created a safety hazard because there was not enough room to move safely, and one had to be very careful not to hit it and get injured. The shower levers were also installed incorrectly, adding to the overall inconvenience and safety concerns. In addition, there was no light above the mirror, which made shaving inconvenient.

The view is very nice and overall amenities are sufficient

Cons:

The hotel location is at the far end of the strip. If you want to have a long walk to reach most of the shops and restaurant, it's a nice scenic walk.

I was staying at the wing where they have expansion construction going on, so it can get noisy.

I hope with the expansion happening, this will particular part will improve... Lack of elevators. None of the elevator will take you from ground to top floor. And, I think there is only 1 elevator for the entire complex. It's a big complex. Some people may not be ready for carrying their luggages up 2-3 floors.

Cons:

Booked it because last couple of times was very enjoyable. However this year the price was the highest I've ever payed, and I was not inform of huge renovations going on. The room of my window opened up to scaffolds completely blocking the view, pool and jacuzzi were closed down. Long walk to get to our room because the main doors were closed down as well. In short, I feel completely ripped off.

Heerlijk en nieuw! Aanrader!!
Pros:

Echt een heerlijke nieuwe! kamer met goed bed, fijne douche en met een kleine goed uitgeruste keuken. Waar we dan ook gebruik van hebben gemaakt! Aan het einde van het centrum, 10mjn loopafsrand. Prima plek! Aanrader!!!
