Please note: Due to elevator outages, Woodland Wing rooms are accessible by stairs only during renovations.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Quite mixed.
Pros:

The hotel is not ready for sell yet but the staff changed us to another hotel which was quite nice.

Cons:

I think next time maybe good for staying.

Das Bett war super weich und die Spülmaschine war top

Die Beleuchtung abends hat verhindert, dass man abends von der Terrasse die Sterne anschauen kann, obwohl es ein Lichtschutzgebiet ist.

Pros:

Sehr angenehmes Zimmer. Bequeme Betten, das neu renovierte Badezimmer mit der schönen Dusche haben uns sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Leider konnten wir den schönen Balkon aufgrund von Renovierungsarbeiten nicht nutzen. Auch Lobby, Aufenthaltsraum, Frühstücksraum, Pool umd Sauna waren deshalb geschlossen. Durch diese Einschränkungen hat das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für uns leider nicht gestimmt.

舒適整潔的飯店
Pros:

房間整潔舒適，床舖軟硬剛好，有停車場，大廳有飲水機。飯店旁有星巴克。衛浴水量不錯，洗澡舒適。三樓陽台風景不錯。

Cons:

衛浴蓮蓬頭開關說明不是很清楚。洗衣機在別棟建築。

We had good time overall during our stay.
Pros:

After request, got a room with a view, which made my stay enjoyable.
Room was recently renovated and amenities were pretty good.
Starbucks was right on next property, which was good enough for us to kick start our day.

Cons:

-Property is under renovation, so lot of parking space is occupied by construction equipment/trailer offices, so had to park at a distance few times.
-The elevators were not ready due to renovation, so it was a long walk to main lobby, however we had bell boy help to manage luggage, which made it easy while checking in and out.

Great place to stay in jasper. Would stay again
Pros:

It was comfortable and in a prime location.

Cons:

Reno’s were happening at the time of our stay, so there wasn’t a pool on location for the kids

裝修中 只有提醒設施可去姐妹飯店始用 但明明連房間都還在整修中

Overpriced and underwhelmed.

It seems that eventually it may be a decent hotel.

Cons:

It wasn’t ready. Not all stairwells were open - which could have been a significant issue in an emergency. There were no elevators to our room which was extremely inconvenient. There was no onsite food or beverage available. The parking was limited due to construction. There was wet paint in many of the corridors.

habitacion comfontable, remolado pero no terminado en nuestra fecha de estadia

Cons:

las reparaciones no terminadas en nuestra estadia, lo que hizo que caminaranos 300 metros desde la entrada del hotel hasta la habitacion, no habia ascensor por lo cual tuvimos que subir las valijas por escaleras, cdo reserve el hotel me dijeron que las reparaciones se iban a terminar 10 dias antes de la estadia, no fue haci, por pedido nuestro nos descontaron solo un 10% del precio, no pudimos cambiar de hotel ya que es temporada alta y no habia lugar
