The pool, hot tub, steam room, Spa Jasper, laundry, Walter’s dining room & Hearthstone lounge will be closed from October 13, 2025 to June 30, 2026. During this period, Guests can use the pool, hot tub and laundry facilities at Marmot Lodge, and Spa Jasper will reopen at Chateau Jasper.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Czysty, nowy,, dobrze wyposażony, wygodny pokój z bardzo wygodnymi łóżkami i balkonem. Bezproblemowy parking. Dobra lokalizacja dla zmotoryzowanych.

Cons:

Brak śniadania wliczonego w cenę.

Pros:

Undergoing construction - but it didn’t bother us at all. Beautiful rooms, very well equipped. Parking always available.

It was nice to visit Jasper for a couple days and staying here was easy to get around.
Pros:

The property was clean and very quiet. The beds were very comfortable. They made accommodations for us to use the pool and the hot tub at the hotel next-door, which was very nice. Parking was very easy.

Cons:

Unfortunately the elevator wasn’t working because it was under construction and we were on the third floor, so that was occasionally a little challenging.

DONT STAY HERE
Pros:

The bathroom was the nicest part of this hotel. The room was new but smelled awful. My husband slept in the car in the 2nd night.

Cons:

The construction was much more than just the pool as advertised. The smell of carpet glue was SO bad that it was burning our eyes and made us feel unwell.
The mess of construction debris was inexcusable. Just awful!!!

Pros:

Staff was very helpful. Room was clean.

Cons:

Due to construction, we had to go through a maze to get to our room. Noise started at 7:30 am. Our room faced the construction. They advertise 20% discount for the construction inconvenience. But our rate was just outrageous. When I asked the front desk, they said that the online booking already has discounted prices. Parking is insufficient. When I arrived at 9:30 pm, all spots were full. Not worth spending so much money.

Loved Jasper and highly recommend it as it is starting to recover after the 2024 fires.
Pros:

Rooms were very well thought out and very modern with great facilities. Easy to park and good restaurants - Evil Dave's very close which offered excellent food

Cons:

The location could be a little too far out of town for some people - we walked into town on most days and were fine with it but just check how far you are prepared to walk to other restaurants or to have a drink or do some shopping as for some it may be a little too far.
