Das Hotel war schon mal qualitativ deutlich besser.

Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal nah an der Stadt gelegen.

Cons:

Die junge Dame an der Rezeption war der deutschen Sprache leider nicht besser gesagt gar nicht mächtig. Das erschwerte das einchecken und jeglicher Art der Konversation. Eine Schulung in deutscher Sprache wäre hier angebracht. Die Toilette im Zimmer war auch nicht gerade sauber. Das WLAN war eine Katastrophe. Während einer wichtigen Besprechung stürzt das WLAN laufen zu ab.

Top Lage, nur wenige Minuten in die Stadt. Parken für €8.00 in der Garage ist auch voll in Ordnung!

Zimmer (superior) haben leider die besten Zeiten hinter sich… abgeschlagene Türrahmen, sehr verkalkter Duschkopf und Haare im Abfluss (Deckel war nur lose). Essensreste vom Vorgänger hinterm Vorhang

Tolle Lage direkt am Fluss und an der Brücke, und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders das Frühstück war fantastisch – ich komme gerne wieder! 💕🤗

Cons:

Einige Kleinigkeiten haben nicht gepasst (Flecken auf der Bettdecke, Defekte Lampe, Shampoo war leer und wurde einfach mit Wasser aufgefüllt). Am ärgerlichsten war aber, dass die Toilette kaputt war.
Ich habe das Personal insgesamt 3x bitten müssen, damit jemand kommt und es sich anschaut. Es hat sich herausgestellt, dass die Toilette nicht benutzbar ist, ich musste dann immer vom 1. in den 4. Stock fahren, um die Toilette im Fitnessbereich zu nutzen.
Das habe ich noch nie erlebt. Eine funktionierende Toilette ist für mich das absolute Minimum bei einem Hotelzimmer. Das Personal machte auch den Eindruck, dass das öfter passiert...

I'm elderly so the location was perfect. The very young reception staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. My room overlooking the water was very comfortable and I was delighted to find a fan, the day was hot.

Die Möglichkeit das Zimmer gleich nach dem Betreten zu wechseln (wegen der Lautstärke des daneben liegenden Isar-Wehrs)

Cons:

Auch das neue Zimmer hatte Mängel: die Gardine war nur knapp zur Hälfte in der Schiene und hing herunter, der dazugehörige Balkon war wegen Taubenkots unappetitlich und wurde mehr von Tauben genutzt. Auf dem Laken fand mein Mann ein langes Haar (nicht von uns).

Convenient for visiting the town. Good breakfast. Very quiet. For dinner, try the Augustine bar right by the big church. Rest of the town is a bit plastic

Lacklustre reception staff (forgot to return my passport!) Picture of hotel on Booking.com makes it look much grander than it really is. A pity there is no bar in the evening. The town itself was not as interesting as we expected
