Customer service and house keeping.
I asked for a quiet room and was given one.
Good parking.
Room slightly dark and shabby but fair price for location.
Person on reception was helpful.
Positive was breakfast was very good and wide selection of foods.
First room we were given had major staining on carpet in several areas.
Then when went use sink in bathroom it was "blocked".
Went back to reception and was given another room.
However same issue with carpet in the room.
So carpet needs changing in both of those rooms.
Parking availability is good and breakfast is VFM nominal but it’s ok. Friendly staff
Toilets need to have proper exhaust it was getting smelly sometimes and sink too floats were missing . But House keeping was cleaning the room and provided fresh towels daily

Seating for 2 people rather than one of us sitting on a bed, the towel rail in the bathroom was missing and information about towel changing would have been good.

For emergency accommodation for the night it was good value for money...
The room, beding & towels were fresh & clean though the room did smell a little musty, when we entered it.
The carpet was very tired & had cleaning stains on it but was clean, walked around bear foot without a problem. Has a kettle, tea & coffee & a walk mounted TV.
The bed was very comfortable & we slept well.
1 pillow each but there were more pillows in the wardrobe if needed.
Large bath towels, good shower & body wash.
We had breakfast in our booking. The food was fresh & hot, continental breakfast also, fresh juice & coffee etc.
Staff were helpful & cheerful.
Reminded me of an American Motel, as the reception & breakfast area is separate from the accommodation.
