Great value for the money. Good facilities & great staff.
Pros:

It was really nice to have access to the gym, swimming pool, hot tub and sauna, which were very good. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Breakfast was exceptional!

All good.

A very pleasant experience in a lovely setting.
Pros:

The hotel is in a lovely location, which I had not appreciated prior to my stay. I was delighted to find the hotel pool and spa area, which was an aspect of my stay that I had not thought much about beforehand but it turned into a real treat.

The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and was generous and very enjoyable.

I like my room and bed, though I had a fan rather than air conditioning during a very hot weekend for my stay.

Cons:

I did not mind the fan at all - it did the job - but air conditioning would probably have been better.

I found a few extra charges for things that I had not been anticipating, e.g. parking, though I will qualify this by saying that I may not have been observant enough at the booking stage.

Good location and good price. Would stay again.
Pros:

Included breakfast was good, although some more vegan options would be appreciated.
Location was good.
Dining area was nice and the staff were very nice - gave us complimentary drinks as we were away for mums birthday.

Cons:

Cleanliness. The corridors and rooms looked very tired and room carpet had not been hoovered and there were cobwebs.
More vegan options at breakfast and better marking on items would be appreciated ie vegan yogurt, vegan porridge etc.

Pros:

The room was a nice size with great air conditioning and was really surprised by the breakfast choice with porridge and loved the pancake maker which I've never seen before

Cons:

The foyer was warmer than other parts of the hotel so no sure if the air conditioning was off or broken, but it didn't spoil our overnight stay
