Solide Unterkunft mit einem ordentlichen Spa und Fitnessbereich, wir würden wieder buchen
Pros:

Sehr hilfsbereite Rezeption, für jede Frage offen und stets lösungsorientiert. Der Spa-Bereich in diesem Hotel ist wirklich gelungen. Wir haben Pool, Whirlpool, Dampfbad und Sauna regelmäßig genutzt und waren begeistert. Das Personal dort ist nochmal zuvorkommender als die Rezeption des Hotels, die uns schon wirklich begeistert hat. Im Restaurant ist das Personal ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hat auch sehr gut zu Unverträglichkeiten beraten. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, allerdings hat hier manches B&B geschmacklich auf unserer Reise noch mehr überzeugt.

Cons:

Im Zimmer fehlt eine Toilettenbürste. Ich verstehe die Hotelbetreiber nicht, die dem Kunden einen Verzicht auf die tägliche Reinigung vorschlagen und teilweise auch gratifizieren, dann aber keine Bürste zur Reinigung der Toilette ins Zimmer stellen. Wären die Zimmer anständig gereinigt worden, was leider nicht immer der Fall war, dann hätte das Personal von uns 10/10 erhalten aber das Housekeeping kann noch optimiert werden. Das Hotel ist recht hellhörig. Der Qualm der rauchenden Gäste im Empfangsbereich zieht bei geöffnetem Fenster in die über dem Eingangsbereich liegenden Zimmer. Die Kippen landen in Ermangelung eines Aschenbechers auf der Straße, werden aber vermutlich täglich weggekehrt.

Stayed im many hotels during my career this was the worst food i ever had .i bought meal deals.

Location ideal for city centre. Hotel reception area very nice.

Cons:

Hotel room could do with some updating. Obviously water marks on the walls from a previous leak? Hair in the bath drain and shower not particularly powerful

Pros:

Staff were very pleasant and the room was good.

Cons:

The bar prices were outrageous. A glass of wine and a pint of Porreti £20. This is what reduced our value for money answer.

Sunday Carvery
Pros:

We went for the Carvery dinner with family to celebrate a birthday and it was fantastic. The food was delicious and great value for money. Our server Aleks was excellent and went above and beyond, to help us celebrate the special occasion. Jack on the bar was also very good and extremely welcoming and personable. Both are a credit to your hotel. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back for another carvery!

Lovely stay shame about the scrambled egg!

Facilities excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the pool.

Cons:

Breakfast was excellent except the scrambled eggs , they were awful. Please use fresh eggs!!

Perfect
Pros:

A fantastic hotel. Friendly staff, beautifully done out. A pool, steam room and sauna. Reasonably priced. Great buffet breakfast. The bed was super comfortable with great quality bed linen. The room had everything we needed. It was just perfect.
