Very friendly and helpful staff, amazing food, very clean. Weirdly enough my favourite aspect though was the shower with the controls at the opposite end to the shower head so I didn’t get drenched turning the shower on

Friendly helpful staff. Clean and comfortable bed.
I was refused and told no rooms were available after I had booked it.
Staff very helpful ,room and bed Comfortable
Breakfast was just ok
It suited our needs, near our venue for the next day, clean room, bathroom, and dining.
Could have offered water for the rooms,as going through a heatwave and no air con.
I liked the idea of the fan in the room. The breakfast area could have been done with fans, too!
Overall, we enjoyed the stay!
Fantastic food 3 starters for £20
Bath room to small
There was no fridge in the room for guest use
Arrived 19.10 given key card. Arrived in room which was hot! Fan provided and notice stating air conditioning broken (see review 2024) went down for dinner at allocated time 8pm. Had to find own water, glasses, condiments and cutlery ! Food awful 😖 soup cold, bread hard, pasta cold and inedible, chicken warm however, potato slices hot, veg cold, gravy warm and Yorkshire pudding stone cold ! Did mention to staff member who replied 'what do you want me to do ' dessert 2 slices of hard sponge cake slices and tiny chocolate donuts no larger than a 50p hard and that was all that was left. Did complain however there was nothing duty manager could do as we were part of a coach party. So looks like you have no rights in these circumstances.
Breakfast could be better, with some more options available like a bit of variety in cuisine. The dine-out area stuff should be more friendly and less professional.
Stuff in some cases sounded bit unfriendly.
Awful nights sleep people banging the doors constantly terrible stay bad smell in the room like drains and boiling hot fan did nothing
The maid that cleaned my room was exceptional
My room smelledike cigarette smoke and ive no idea why.
Very neat and well equipped room.I
All I could see from the window was the huge Aircon machine, room 129.
