shower room is a bit narrow
The hotel was lovely, staff were friendly and helpful.
Even though we had a late check out they rang to say its time to leave earlier than we needed to.
The family room was extremely spacious, new and clean! The breakfast was amazing and the facilities were easily accessible.

Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for where we wanted to go. Food was also good, fairly priced and served fresh and warm.
Rooms whilst clean, could do with a refit. Room 317 an executive room, although the carpet in the corner had large holes in it, black out blind was missing as was the fridge. I was moved to another room when i highlighted these, room 322, again the black out blind was missing. Double glazing is bad, still hear noise and traffic outside even being 3 floors up. Room my sister was in had no handle on her window to open.
The receptionist a middle aged lady was not very nice. She did not greet us on arrival or even look at us. She told us we needed to pay breakfast in the morning if we wanted any, then I informed her that I have never booked hotel without breakfast. She insisted we did not book breakfast, then she checked again, she found our breakfast payment. In the morning we met a young gentleman at the reception, he was welcoming as well as the restaurant staff, they were really welcoming and friendly. They interacted with us.

Location to where I was visiting. Comfortable bed.
Sharing a floor with people who were being emergency housed. They didn’t respect that visitors needed to sleep to go to work. Lots of door banging and some shouting and children crying.
