DENIGRANTE TRATO AL CLIENTE-Fuga y goteras en baño

Cons:

Tuvimos una fuga en el baño, durante la noche que nos alojábamos. Con un charco de agua en el centro del baño, y con goteras del techo. Con riesgo de caída y resbalarnos, además de una desagradable sensación al caer gotas de líquido del techo del baño. Realizamos la reclamación después de desayunar, pero el Gerente considera que no debe realizar ningún abono ni compensación por haber sufrido dicha incidencia en la única noche que nos alojábamos. Es denigrante, muy triste el trato al cliente y su desprecio al usuario, después de pagar casi 300€, POR UNA NOCHE.

Great location, nice property& uncomfortable accommodations - worth it for the location and cost.
Pros:

The location was amazing! Close to all main attractions, and right in the middle of everything. The hotel was also clean and well-maintained.

Cons:

The beds were extremely extremely uncomfortable, and the pillows that we were given were as flat as could be. No comforters or provided, only itchy flannel blankets. Our AC only worked a third of the time which was frustrating.

Centralt hotell. De erbjuder frukost att köpa men mitt tips är att gå ut på kafé och äta frukost istället.

Hotel dość stary. Pokój duszny, małe okno nawet nie na podwórze tylko na ściany ' studni' wewnątrz budynku. System regulacji klimatyzacji w pokoju bardzo przestarzały- jesli ustawisz jakąś temperaturę np na noc, klimatyzator będzie się włączał i wyłączał cyklicznie, poprzez działanie termostatu. Budziło mnie to. Albo masz zimno albo duszno w pokoju. Śniadania bardzo podstawowe, brakowało np jogurtu albo jajka. Kawa niesmaczna. Brak czajnika w pokoju, nie można zrobić sobie np czegoś do picia.
