La ubicación, la amplitud del comedor, la habitación, el detalle de darnos una habitación exterior y renovada superior a la que había reservado, el parking, un lujo en la calle Goya y muy bien gestionado.

Cons:

Entiendo que los tiempos cambian, pero la remodelación del bar destinando una parte a mesas de trabajo le quita el confort que tenía antes, la sensación de descanso. K

The room was big, the bed comfy and the pillows were amazing. Staff was very friendly. They have a little "library" room for the guest which was very nice.

Cons:

The room was dirty when I arrived. I informed the staff, and to their credit, they addressed the issue promptly. However, after the second day, the shower was no longer being cleaned properly.

I had specifically requested a quiet room and was told that I had been assigned one. Unfortunately, on the first night, children in the room next door were shouting until pass midnight. On my last morning, maintenance work started somewhere in the building at around 9:30 a.m., making it difficult to rest.

Overall, while the staff responded quickly to my initial complaint, the cleanliness and noise levels did not meet the standard I would expect from a four-star hotel.
