Consistently praised as very clean across multiple reviews (Spanish/Portuguese/French). Minor notes about lack of charm in one room/window view but overall cleanliness is strong.
Service
8.2
Mostly described as friendly, professional and multilingual; several reviews highlight excellent reception staff, though a few mention unfriendly or unhelpful reception experiences.
Location
9.2
Repeatedly called excellent/perfect and central (Salamanca, easy to walk to attractions). Location is a standout positive in many reviews.
Room Quality
7.6
Mixed feedback: some rooms are modern, large and comfortable, while others report bad mattresses, small wardrobes, noisy air conditioning and occasional shower/water issues.
Amenities
7.9
Breakfast and hotel bar/restaurant receive praise, but guests note limited elevators (slow), minimal complimentary water, gym could be improved and dining-room ventilation issues.
