Pros:

The location was amazing. Near a train station and the main shops street! The room was very clean and spacious for two people.

Amazing and worth every penny!
Pros:

Amazing location in the heart of the city! Walkable to everywhere we needed. Large room with so much space and so clean. Front desk was extremely helpful, and love that they had a free luggage storage for guests. Highly recommend to all!

Cons:

Nothing! We loved our stay. It was one of the most comfortable hotels we stayed out on our trip.

Nossa estadia no Infinito Hotel Boutique foi maravilhosa! O hotel é extremamente aconchegante, charmoso e muito bem cuidado. A decoração é linda, os quartos são impecavelmente limpos, muito completos e, principalmente, super confortáveis. A localização também é excelente, perfeita para aproveitar Ciutadella a pé.

Um destaque especial vai para o Damián, que fez toda a diferença na nossa experiência. Mesmo sendo um hotel com uma proposta mais intimista e sem uma recepção tradicional, em nenhum momento sentimos falta de assistência — pelo contrário. Damián esteve sempre disponível, extremamente atencioso e cuidadoso com todos os detalhes.

Durante nossa estadia comemoramos nosso aniversário de casamento, e ele ajudou muito meu marido a preparar uma surpresa para mim, com toda a atenção e carinho. Foi um gesto que tornou uma data que já era especial ainda mais inesquecível.

É aquele tipo de hospedagem em que você percebe o cuidado tanto nos pequenos detalhes do hotel quanto na forma como os hóspedes são tratados. Nos sentimos muito bem acolhidos e certamente voltaríamos. Recomendamos muito!

Замечательный отель в центре Мадрида. Номер небольшой, но современный, чистый, есть все необходимое. Заранее просила тихий номер, дали комнату с окнами во внутренние двор (колодец) - было действительно тихо, отлично высыпалась! Кровать и подушки удобные. Есть телевизор, холодильник, бесплатно 2 бутылочки воды.

Очень хороший завтрак, все свежее и вкусное, много горячих блюд, хамон, сыр, несколько видов молока, выпечка и много-много всего.

Вход в отель по карточке – посторонних нет, все безопасно и комфортно. Месторасположение очень удобное, метро/автобусные остановки близко, пешая доступность до музея Прадо, банка Испании, улицы Гран Виа и других популярных мест.

Рекомендую этот прекрасный отель ❤️

Een fantastische locatie in het centrum met heel behulpzaam personeel.
Pros:

Het personeel is er erg vriendelijk en communiceert vlot in het Engels. Het ontbijtbuffet werd steeds goed aangevuld. We logeerden er in september en er was steeds voldoende plaats bij het ontbijtbuffet. We mochten onze koffers stockeren in het hotel voor en na ons verblijf. Wanneer ik naar extra's vroeg die bij de kamer hoorden (tissues, wattenstaafjes, ...), kreeg ik deze altijd vlot mee aan de receptie (ecopolicy).

Cons:

We hadden een kamer onder de ontbijtruimte en dat gaf wel wat lawaai om 6u30 's ochtends. Het bed was wiebelig.
