Pros:

La ubicación,la limpieza y la amabilidad de la chica de recepción

Cons:

Voy en silla de ruedas,si es cierto que no pedí la habitación adaptada porque con que tenga ducha en vez de bañera me sirve,pero la puerta del baño es más estrecha de lo normal y no entra ninguna silla.
A parte tuvimos la mala suerte de despertarnos con gritos y alaridos de una pareja "efusivamente activa mañanera" y nos trastocó el sueño a los 3 que dormíamos en nuestra habitación.

Nice hotel not far from famous sights
Pros:

The hotel is not far from interesting sights and next to a metro stop. There is shopping mall next to it. The breakfast was very good with a lot of options to choose from. There was a possibility for special request at additional cost.

Cons:

During the day there are various people standing near the hotel. The sink and area around it is quite small to leave personal stuff there. The window to my room lead to some roof, which seemed unsafe.

Pros:

Heel goed en schoon hotel met een ruime kamer op een toplocatie in Madrid! Zeker een aanrader! Wij zaten op de 7e verdieping en hadden balkon met heerlijk uitzicht over het park.

Cons:

Het enige wat ontbrak voor mij was een waterkoker.

Pros:

Funcionários atenciosos. Esquecemos algo no hotel e mandaram mensagem avisando e perguntando o que poderia ser feito.

Cons:

Estava no pouco e desligaram a central de ar, deixando o quarto um pouco abafado.

Pros:

Si pero por gmail pedí estar 2 horas más y no me contestaron y allí me dijeron que si quería estar 2 horas más eran 20 euros. Cuando llegue al hotel a las 9 de la noche del día anterior y me fui a la mañana siguiente alas 12, 14 horas estuve por 180 euros y no nos dejaron estar 2 horas más??? Jajaja en fin
