Excellent location with a nice fjord view (assuming you book the right room in the main building), friendly staff, indoor pool, nice breakfast.
Plenty of free parking and even two EV chargers

Cons:

Our rooms were in the other building, which is only accessible via outside walk & an elevator. It's not convenient once one has to go to the gym or to the pool. Interior and amenities in that building resemble student hostel with not working air-conditioning and shabby elevator. Very cheap furniture and bathroom amenities from the 70th last century.
The gym is a joke, max 12m2 in front of the sauna door with matching temperature and humidity. Not possible to train, at all. The breakfast was below expectations based on hotel reviews, no egg station and waterly scrambled eggs.
This property had seen better times, for sure. Remains hugely under invested despite being super busy

Kein Bademantel bekommen nur weil wir die falsche Zimmerkategorie hatten. Keine Reservierung am Abend möglich da keine Plätze mehr frei waren. Im Hotel waren nur Seminargäste bzw Firmenveranstaltung deshalb sehr laut.

L’emplacement, la décoration et la bonne ambiance qui règne au sein de l’hôtel

Cons:

Les toilettes dans la salle de bain quand nous avons une chambre familiale pour 4 personnes !

Excellent location and buildings. Good quality rooms, however I was offered a room that had just been totally renovated, and cannot tolerate the gasses from fresh paint and materials, but I was given a room in another building. The room I first had been allocated was more a suite, with terrace and views of the lake, the one I received in compensation was a regular room, with an enclosed view of the fjord, but was charged the same, something I did react to.

Cons:

The main problem was that this is actually a quiet serene location, but on 3 of the nights of my stay, there was loud talking and laughing going on until quite late, in the same building, though no music, making it difficult to sleep, a real irritant when the price approaches that of a 4 star London Hotel. It seems the hotel is used for it´s conference facilities, and these seem to have been participants in a conference.

Meget tilfreds og kommer helt sikkert tilbage. Har anbefalet jer til andre allerede 🙂.
Pros:

Morgenmaden var super, intet at udsætte herpå. Og beliggenheden kan nærmest ikke være bedre jo, lige ud til Kolding Fjord 🙂, og værelse med udsigt. Maden til frokost (holdte min 60 års fødselsdag) var helt i top, virkelig god 👍.

Cons:

Fik ikke anvist ønsket parkeringsplads, men fandt plads tæt på hotellet alligevel.
Ellers intet negativt at sige om opholdet.
