Pros:

Posizione ottima, a 2 minuti a piedi dalla zona del Waterfront, ricca di ristoranti e negozi. Molto comodo il parcheggio sotto la struttura (condiviso con altri hotel e anche aperto al pubblico, ma comunque sorvegliato). Abbiamo apprezzato molto il fatto che la camera fosse pronta un po' prima dell'orario di check in; venendo da un volo notturno lungo, è stato piacevole avere la possibilità di rinfrescarsi e riposarsi prima di iniziare ad esplorare Cape Town.

Cons:

Si potrebbero migliorare gli infissi per insonorizzare perfettamente le camere che affacciano sulla strada. Nient'altro da segnalare.

Suppose to have been a luxury stay for fsamily - very dissapointed - wont stay there again.

The Location was good - that why we chose it -

but from the time of check in it was terrible - first came to room and it was not finished made up actually just started - then went down again - got to second room and maintenance was just about to start painting! then wrong keys - keys not coded - then the bathroom was very tacky for a 4 star - bath had purple splash marks on like someone dyed their hair.

L'emplacement est très bien, pas loin du waterfront et des restaurants.

Cons:

Les baies vitrés des chambres ne sont pas hermétiques, cela laisse passer le vent. Nous sommes venu une fois en éte dans ce meme hotel et le probleme le meme et cette fois en hiver, cela n'a pas changé. C'est dommage, car c'est une merte d'energie et pas confortable pour les clients en.plein hiver..
