A worn out dog of a hotel.
Pros:

This hotel should be closed for major renovations as it is in a horrible state of repair.

Had to move from a top floor room due no water to flush the toilet. Yikes! After a room change request then moved myself to a second room where the sink would not drain and had paint peeling from the ceiling.

Tired carpet, lamps falling apart, paint off doors , worn thresholds, from years of use and neglect by the ownership. Five days without any cleaning service to the room, even to empty the trash.

Stay elsewhere, avoid this tired old doggy.

Old world charm right where the action is, Hotel Teatro was the most elegant place to rest.
Pros:

I loved the elegant gracious architecture. I enjoyed the people at the desk.. They were so quick and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. The room felt grand with its twenty foot ceiling. We had a room with a balcony. That was fun looking out over the city.

Cons:

We couldn't tip the Valet. The tipping app for the valet was in repair. Other than that, I wish we spent some more time taking advantage of the amenities. We only stayed one night. In the future we will go for a longer stay.

Amazing stay!
Pros:

The location was amazing! Very close to a lot of great restaurants and activities to do! The room was very clean, and the temperature was perfect for sleep. The staff was amazing, and we loved stopping by The Study for Coffee in the morning and the Nickel for drinks and a quick bite before heading off for our evening. I highly recommend!

Excellent base for a quick two day visit to explore Denver and see a concert at Ball Arena.
Pros:

Very friendly staff. $10 discount for very pleasant breakfast. great location - ten minute walk to Ball Arena and convenient to free bus up and down 16th.

Cons:

our second floor windows had frosted
glass so no view outside. (would request higher floor next time even though only slept in the room. )

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, which I appreciated.

Cons:

The room was quite small and did not match the photos shown online. I requested housekeeping for two days by placing the sign on the door, but no one came to clean the room. In addition, the complimentary $5 nickel could only be used once per order, which felt quite limited. Considering the price (and the additional resort fee), the overall value for money is quite low.

No AC working
No offer to move room when asked someone to fix, placed 2nd call before someone came up to say they were working on it, brought up portable fan noises and did not cool room. Hot all night. but offered other guest to change rooms
