Wouldn’t go back.
Pros:

Staff were friendly. On the day we went (Sunday) restaurant was only serving bar snacks, but the hamburger was delicious.

Cons:

Absolutely no where to take your dog to pee. Nearest blade of grass is several blocks away. We were out in a postage stamp sized queen after paying for a large king but it was remedied fairly quickly.

Very disappointed in lack of service

Location was convenient. Decent breakfast options.

Cons:

Very misleading advertising. They advertise that a courtesy car is available. My wife has mobility issues, so we booked here. When we inquired about the car for Saturday night, they informed us of two problems: 1) only one valet was on duty - so no car at all was available that night (he said the front desk would arrange for an Uber); and 2) even if a car had been available, the hotel will only TAKE you to a destination within 1.5 miles, but they no longer do pick-ups at all. What is the usefulness on a one-way courtesy car!! What a stupid policy, that completely ignores the needs of their guests. Had I known in advance, would have stayed elsewhere!

Genuine hospitality in downtown Denver

Great Stay! Look forward to returning!
Pros:

The location of Hotel Teatro is fantastic! It is walking distance (2 blocks) to the 16th Street Mall and 2 blocks from Larimer Square. The hotel and our room was very clean and the bar/lobby area is very inviting.

Cons:

There wasn't anything we didn't like. The only point to mention is if you valet park your car (which we did) and you plan to leave before 6am you will need security to get your car for you. The normal valet service begins at 6am.

Pros:

Pros - good location for walking to Union Station and Coors Field - valet was convenient - staff was friendly - room was ready an hour before check in - interior was beautiful and historic

Cons:

Cons - room had a view of a parking garage - ac did not cool down the room even after having it fixed by maintenance it stayed at 75 - although valet was convenient it was pricey at an extra $67 a night
