le pommeau de la douche était défectueux. Je voulais acheter deux housses de coussins de la chambre et cela m'a été refusé alors qu'il est écrit qu'on peut acheter des ameneties de l'hôtel. Aucun effort pour me contenter. La chambre réservée pour ma soeur et son époux était toute petite et avec une vue sur un mur. Horrible.

Hotel Teatro is our choice…twice in two weeks! With good reason.
Pros:

We first stayed at Hotel Teatro several years ago with our dog, Meg, when we attended a show at the Buell Theater (one block away). Our pre-theater dinner at The Nickel was wonderful with excellent food and service. We all were treated so well and Hotel Teatro is especially dog friendly. We enjoyed our stay so much that when we returned to Denver we booked a Monday night stay last week so we could easily go to a Colorado Rockies game that night and attend a Denver Broncos training camp session early the next morning. We were able to check in early on Monday and had a lovely corner Queen bed room with a balcony. Everything was perfect in the room, size, temperature, view and the bathroom was a large size with separate tub and rain shower. We enjoyed a complimentary glass of chilled Prosecco as we waited for our free Lyft to Coors Field (arranged by the front desk, give them 10-15 minutes heads up for when you want to depart depending on the time of day). We had planned to walk the 15 minutes to the field, but it was 97 degrees in Denver at 5pm that day, so we enjoyed the 8 minute air-conditioned drive. The next morning we used our $10 nickel token to enjoy two delicious mochas on our way out the door. Unfortunately, we did not have time to order from the breakfast menu. We again enjoyed our stay so much we have booked another night this Friday for the Denver Broncos game. It’s a 25 minutes walk to Mile High Stadium, but we may just take advantage of the free car service again. Hotel Teatro is one of the best boutique hotels we have stayed at and we highly recommend it. The staff is extremely customer-focused, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable and the location is excellent.

Plenty. I booked a Superior Queen Room described as having a sitting area and a full bath with airpod dock and deep soaking tub. 2 nights for my daughter who drove 3nhours in the late night from Nebraska only to check in to a room with a little desk, and a plain bathroom, no double vanity as pictured, no airpod dock. and a cockroach creeping out of the sink (hotel informed of this unwanted visitor). Room 211. $635 for 2 nights would have gotten her nicer. I called front desk to inform them my daughter was arriving at the wee hours, and to expect her late.
