Des possibilités d'amélioration en terme de standing
Pros:

Le lounge hyper cosy , les chambres confortables , le pdj très complet , varié et du fait maison avec des alternatives saines

Cons:

Le personnel, manque de politesse , de standing et de professionnalisme surtout. C'était le Bronx.

Ils ont booké 2 nuits au lieu d'une (je montre la resa) et au lieu de gérer leur erreur c'est à moi de la résoudre (j'avais le pc et les écouteurs et j'ai indiqué à la réceptionniste qui m'a interrompu que j'étais en réunion visio) elle est quand même restée plusieurs minutes en face de moi à me parler pour dire qu'elle ne savait pas avant de hausser les épaules et me dire ben tant pis vous avez 2 nuits quand-même (une attitude très familière et non professionnelle)

Dans les lieux communs, language bruyant et très familier entre collaborateurs devant les clients, pas de bonjour, service resto à désirer (temps d'attente, la serveuse a soufflé une bougie avec toute la force de ses poumons au dessus de nos assiettes heureusement vides)

Très bon séjour
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était varié, frais et qualitatif.
L accueil le vendredi soir était assuré par une jeune femme qui bien que très sollicitée vu l affluence dans l hôtel, s est montrée très professionnelle et très chaleureuse.
Elle a répondu à toutes nos questions et s est montrée très disponible.
Bravo pour sa qualité d écoute.

Parfait.
Pros:

La chambre est spacieuse, confortable et très calme : aucun bruit, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon, varié et copieux. Le personnel est également très gentil, accueillant et attentionné.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons cet établissement.
