Comfortable for the stay I was there for
Pros:

I only stayed for one night it suited me due to the location as it was on my way home from a weekend away & just needed to rest

Cons:

The pool area was badly in need of decoration
I went for a swim & noticed tiles were coming off from the floor of the pool & were quite sharp
The leisure area desperately needs updating

I enjoyed my stay and especially the menu in the restaurant. I had some good meals there.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and clean. I had to ask to clean the room after a couple of days. I thought that this should be automatic. Not every day but at least every second or third day.

A clean and modern hotel, with some tweaks would be a great stay.
Pros:

The staff at reception were very helpful - the hotel was clean, modern and the room was spacious and modern. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

I was here for an event in the evening and sadly the organisation from the hotel wasn't great - not enough bar staff (one particular member of the "team" refused to serve people and just chat and mess around whilst his colleagues did all the work - so making the wait at the bar even longer than it needed to be. Sadly the food wasn't great at the event (for the money we paid) and for the breakfast in the morning either - some was cold even though it had just been bought out from the kitchen. For the price everything should be spot on.

The leisure facilities were OK and its nice to have them but some TLC is needed on this to improve and maintain some of the facilities.

Pros:

Staff are nice and friendly. Rooms seems nice but i dont think the carpets are deep cleaned since Im allergic to dust and I keep sneezing indoors. Breakfast is decent. There is no indoor access to the pool and have to pass through the carpark to go there. The pool facility could do with an upgrade and more lights. The rooms aren't soundproof, we can hear the people next to our door. Even the knocking in their door. I woke up several times in the middle of the night because I can hear them. Everything is fine and passable, but I don't understand that you have to pay for the car park even though you're a guest.

Cons:

Car park isnt free.
Thin walls in the rooms.
The carpets needs a deep clean.

Relaxing, great sleep and great facilities

The rooms are very clean and comfortable, we stayed for two nights and had wonderful sleep both nights. The pool was quiet and relaxing and a great added bonus

Avoid staying here at all costs.
Pros:

I liked the look of the property but having paid for a unrefundable room rate we were refused service because they had “oversold” the hotel and had no room for us. It was appallingly bad service and they still haven’t responded clearly.

Cons:

Everything in the way in which we were treated by this property.
