Position . Welcoming reception staff. Comfortable bed

Cons:

It was an upgraded room which we paid for but we felt it was small and the carpet was not clean. The telephone in the room wasn’t working. We were disappointed. Although the receptionist told us that she would draw our comments to the manager’s attention we have not heard anything.

Great stay at perfect location
Pros:

Friendliness of staff and location

Cons:

Room was quite dark with no bright light to put on which was tricky with contacts.
No shelf in bathroom

I wasnt keen on pillows as they were feather and not firm enough for me, duvet was a bit thin.

Hotel was super clean and really nice interior
Staff were helpful and friendly , easy check in and check out
The new refurbished rooms are really lovely. Beds super comfy.

Cons:

Drinks prices were extortionate! Two small glasses of wine were almost £20
Bar was slow service
