Pros:

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mooie, ruime kamer met bad en terras. Prima ontbijt. Goed bereikbaar vanaf station Antwerpen.

Pros:

The hotel itself was excellent — the room was clean and well-kept, and the location was very convenient. Staff and general upkeep left a positive impression throughout the stay.

Cons:

The one issue was breakfast. It’s advertised as running from 07:00 to 10:00, but on our visit the food was finished by 09:00 and wasn’t restocked, despite still being within the service window. It meant guests arriving later were left with nothing, which felt like a gap in planning given the advertised hours.

A hotel that has lost a bit of its glory, but staff and value for money make up for that.
Pros:

Staff was exceptional, they were going out of their way to make accommodate the guests, but I had the feeling they were slightly understaffed at the time being (2 days in a row it was a new staff member his/her first day). Unfortunately the attitude of some guests was a bit questionable, especially knowing it's someone's first day on the job one could show a bit more patience.

Breakfast was good, like in most hotels, but especially the fact that you can sit in the very cosy garden under trees was a great start of the day.

Parking was slightly expensive, about a 5 minute walk from the hotel, but then you car is very safe (so make sure to first drop off your luggage). The instructions on the map you get to get to the parking lot are outdated due to changed circulation, so make sure to use a gps.

The working desk as advertised in my room was full with coffee machines and cups and not really useable to work until I moved the whole ordeal into the closet :)

Airco was great and especially the rooms with the roof balcony are a plus.

Cons:

Only 1 elevator working for my entire stay (during the week) was questionable. Not specialist, but seems to me that fixing an elevator should be a priority.

Pros:

Erg netjes en schoon, goed geregeld en top locatie. Ontbijt was ook lekker. Heel erg genoten!

Cons:

De douche is wel toe aan verbetering. En jammer dat parkeren een klein stukje verderop is, maar geen ramp.

Fantastisch verblijf!
Pros:

De service, de ligging van het hotel maar überhaupt het hele verblijf was top! De kamer was ruim, schoon en mooi. Er stond zoals verzocht champagne koud klaar. Het ontbijt was lekker en netjes, genoeg om lekker te zitten en wakker te worden.

Ligging was top nog geen 10/15 min lopen van Antwerpen centraal.

Pros:

Nette und lösungsorientierte Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Frühstück sehr knapp, nicht 4 Sterne entsprechend. In der kitchenett lagen noch die bierbüchsen der Vormieter. Es war dort nicht geputzt.
Das Haus verdient keine 4 Sterne. Sanierungsstau on den Zimmern und auch der Frühstücksraum verdient ein refresh.
