Nie wieder im MAXX Hotel Jena

Das Frühstück

Cons:

Für die Buchung bei Bookimg.com hatten wir selektiert: mit Frühstück, Restaurant und Parkplatz.
Bei Anreise gegen 15.30 Uhr und nach dem Check In, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir nur das Frühstück im Haus erhalten können. Das Restaurant ist am Wochenende nicht in Betrieb und das generell jedes Wochenende. Unsere Enttäuschung war groß, denn das war bei Buchung nicht ersichtlich und ein Hauptgrund der Buchung. Maximal einen Kaffee hat man uns anbieten können aber nichts zu essen nach einer langen Anreise von der Ostsee als Zwischenstopp nach Hause. Ein Restaurant gibt es auch nicht in unmittelbarere Nähe. Am späten Nachmittag haben zwei Busse vor dem Hotel gehalten und alle Insassen der zwei Buse haben eingecheckt. Von unserem Zimmer aus konnten wir sehen, dass für die neu angereisten Gäste ein Buffet für das Abendessen aufgebaut wurde. Das ist schon schwer zu verstehen und den anderen Gästen im Haus auch nicht zu vermitteln. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Sanitären Anlagen sind nicht wirklich sauber. In den Ecken der Dusche sind dunkle Schimmelecken in den Fugen und das Toilettenbecken mit Urinstein belegt.
Jetzt noch etwas zu den Parkplätzen: Parken hätte man auf der Straße können, wenn ein Platz frei gewesen wäre. Vor dem Hotel steht ein Hinweisschild Parken im Parkhaus, was gleich neben dem Hotel ist. Nur ein Hinweis, dass eine Nacht im Parkhaus zusätzlich 15,00€ kosten habe ich nicht finden können.
Leider konnten wir nicht kostenfrei stornieren, sonst hätten wir uns was anderen gesucht.
Das einzige was Positiven war, war das Frühstück.
Die 4 Sterne haben wir nicht nachvollziehen können und sind enttäuscht.
