Nice room, tv sucked,a/c wasn't good. Overall good.
Staff was very rude,disrespectful. Not wanting to answer questions. Location was bad with the walking traffic, street traffic is nightmare to exit.

It was a convenient location
The hotel seemed old, there were holes in the wall on my room and the air conditioner blew on me the whole night even though I tried to adjust it. The bed was blocking the air conditioner making it difficult to get to. The shower tub basin was patched up terribly. I saw a roach.

The area,it was close to everything and everywhere I needed to go.
The room ac was leaking and the room started giving off a moldy smell and it started affect our health and when we told the guy on shift that evening about it and asked him if we could change rooms,he said the manager told him to give us our money back and we said we just want to change rooms we don't want the money back,he said he was told to give us our money back .we told him that in The Bahamas if something is wrong with one of our rooms we upgrade you to better room,not throw you out of the hotel like your money don't mean nothing to us.but the staff the next morning was helpful and switch us to a better room.🙌🏾
