This place felt less like a hotel and more like a disgusting rent-by-the-hour facility.

We checked in late in the evening after a long day of travel with our two children, and the experience quickly went downhill. The toilet in our room would not flush, and while looking around the room we discovered multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues. There were bugs on the walls and windowsill, stains and marks on the bedding, dirty surfaces, and worn furniture throughout the room. The entire room smelled musty and felt hot and humid.

My husband had immediately went to the front desk to report the toilet issue, and while they did offer to move us to another room, by that point I had made more discoveries and we no longer felt comfortable staying at the property at all due to the condition of the room and the bugs. We were told the reservation was non-refundable, but we did not feel safe or comfortable remaining there with our kids.

As we were leaving the property, there were two women who appeared to be soliciting in the parking lot and a man lingering near the back entrance who appeared to be connected with them. That was confirmation that we had made the right choice to pack up and leave immediately.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had, and I would not recommend this property to families.

Interesting location—directly across from the police station.

Cons:

The beds were so uncomfortable and I couldn’t get the temp to cool down hardly at all. It was hot, even when I set it to 65.

The hotel it's self was tidy , saw sign in elevator that was concerning about mechanical issues . Ro
Pros:

No breakfast , I leave early when traveling and nothing was available not even coffee . It would be nice if muffins or easy grab an go stuff is left out for us early bird travelers.

Cons:

No restaurants near , had to drive quite a distance to a grocery store for something to eat . I don't eat fast food and that was even sparse.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient to I-40.

Cons:

Nobody at the front desk when we arrived. We had to wait quite a few minutes before anyone came to check us in. I tried calling the hotel’s phone number and heard it ring with no answer.

The staff was very friendly and the room/facility was clean.

Cons:

My key to exterior outside door/room didn't work. Was an inconvenience since my hands were full and I had to walk around the entire building to enter and get my key programmed.
