Perfect location to visit Santa Fe.
Pros:

Perfect location. Very good breakfast. Excellent service in every respect.

Would highly recommend especially for location to downtown plaza.
Pros:

Free breakfast made to order was amazing! Love this addition to the stay!
The staff gave us a brochure for events happening around town and always helpful with whatever we needed.
Would highly recommend especially if you enjoy authentic Santa Fe style.

Cons:

The parking is difficult in areas but there were staff willing to help park your car for you.

Pros:

Beautifully maintained, love the flowers throughout the property, the rooms are well appointed. The breakfast provided is excellent. The Lobby vibe is warm & inviting, the guests seemed super comfortable and engaging. Our new favorite lodging in Santa Fe!

Inn at the Governors is our favorite place to stay in Santa Fe
Pros:

The rooms are outstanding -clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast made to order which is included with the room rate is great.
The Inn is centrally located to the square so it makes it easy to walk around and enjoy all Santa Fe has to offer.

Cons:

Can’t think of a thing- although I wish the Libby happy hour were just a bit longer

The hotel is very nice and is in a great location. The staff overall were excellent. We will definitely stay there again
Pros:

The location was very good. Multiple restaurants were nearby, and it was walkable to the Santa Fe Plaza. There was an included breakfast.

Cons:

I did not like that there was not a daily maid service, unless you requested it. Even if it was requested, there was no towel service as supposedly it is against New Mexico law to provide daily towels. I also did not like that. They requested a tip for the servers for an included breakfast.

Best Hotel Experience!
Pros:

This wonderful hotel came highly recommended by longtime visitors. Still, my experience exceeded all expectations.
The inn is perfectly located, walking distance to most everything. Yet it is amazingly quiet. It is also immaculate and beautifully landscaped, with colorful blooms everywhere.
My room was large and smartly furnished in true Southwestern style with artful flourishes.
My browser is not offering the detailed ratings area, but this inn is a 5 on all counts -- location, service, rooms, cleanliness, value, and sleep quality.
On sleep quality -- and service -- a far higher rating is warranted. My room's AC could be turned off and the windows opened for cool night air. Plus, the blackout shades worked perfectly. Staff members (front desk, parking attendant, restaurant servers, even the hotel manager) were all welcoming and gracious.
The food was fresh and flavorful -- and plentiful (breakfast & lunch/dinner). It's no exaggeration to claim that the restaurant makes the best burgers. And the swimming pool was sparkling -- a refreshing break on hot days.
The inn's daily afternoon receptions were a chance to mingle with other guests, many of them repeat visitors for decades. It was great fun to learn of their Santa Fe adventures through the years and their unwavering love of Inn of the Governors.
As a frequent traveler, the inn's water-saving stance on room cleaning (by request only) was a wonderful plus. Here's hoping more states adopt this.
I so look forward to being a return visitor at this inn next summer.

Overall, we had a great stay. It was expensive but the location and breakfast helped a lot.

Pros:

Great location, nice breakfasts.

Cons:

Maid service on request only. Bins weren’t emptied and room wasn’t cleaned after 4 nights, as service list said would happen. By the end of our stay (5 nights) we felt that the hotel was not offering good value because of the lack of any cleaning of rooms. We understand the need to use same towels due to water shortages, but surely this doesn’t justify no cleaning at all.
