All OK
Spaceous and very leaky 😂
No air con or fans available. Was roasting the room as it was definitely over 35 degrees made it unsleepable. Also the bed sheets were dirty with doggy hairs
Bed comfortable. Room clean and spacious
Shower power very weak.
Had to get dressed and seek help as I got up at 6am to use the bathroom and the door was stuck/ locked. No phone number avilable to call down. Receptionist came with a tool to unlock it saying it happens sometimes!! Why????
The room was clean and the beds were comfy
The breakfast want very nice.
The table was dirty and nobody had been in there
Both coffee machines were not working.
The juice from the machine tasted of cleaning fluid. I recommend the chef checks all is ready for when guests arrive.
He was lovely and friendly
Room was clean, staff were lovely and it was not as expensive as I thought, compared to other big name hotels I would rather stay here every time
Clean room
Bar closes at 9.30pm
Smell of cannabis throughout the building
Guests Arguing and fighting in the car park during early hours
We didn't have any meals.
Atmosphere and Staff not as warm as we have enjoyed at premier inn.
The environment was 👍
Not applicable
Nothing
Rude and arrogant staff, bed was not comfortable, heaters weren’t working and horrible smell
It is just off the M6, ideal for a stop over on a commute from South to North (or visa versa) The staff were friendly and its was exceptional value for money, not the ritz, but not ritz prices. The room was no different from a standard Travel Lodge/Premiere Inn. It had proper sized Mugs for a morning cup of tea and actual glasses, not plastic tumblers, in the bathroom. Sometimes the little things matter 😊
There was little to not like. Apart from maybe Barry yelling at 2am in the morning. But that is hardly the hotels fault!!
It was close to where we wanted to be good WiFi
The hotel was dated, with a very dreary and dreadful bathroom the toilet rim was dirty it was noisy on the second night with bumping and banging, and the first night we had a fire alarm, at 1.30 am, and no Information about what had happened the breakfast was disorganised poorly staffed and very ordinary, poor quality of food
