Stylisch maar geen extra’s
Pros:

Prachtige inrichting en de suite was ruim

Cons:

Er was geen airco en de week ervoor was het 37 graden. De kamer was te warm.. we kregen een blower maar dat hielp niet veel. Er was geen koffie of thee in de suite.

Not suitable for warm weather
Pros:

The staff were lovely and the service and quality of the offering in the cafe was good.

Cons:

No air conditioning, no mini fridge in the room, very loud music everyday from lunch until late every nights. On the Monday we even had a drone flying in the centre of the courtyard with no warning.

The room was extremely hot throughout the entire stay, and we had to ask for a fan - something we’d have expected given it was between 25°C and 31°C inside the hotel room.

We also thought it was strange that we should need to leave the room key at reception, the keys are also on display to anyone entering the hotel - not once were we asked to provide any evidence of the room we stayed in, anybody could have said our room number and let themselves in.

Wunderschönes Boutique Hotel mit ganz kleinen Macken
Pros:

Ein wunderschönes Boutique Hotel! Der Innenhof ist toll. Das Hotel hat einen gewissen Flair. Wirklich sehr nettes Personal.

Cons:

Zimmer zur Strassenseite viel zu laut.
Die Zimmer sind sehr hübsch, aber zu klein. Kein richtiger Schrank, Garderobe, Abstellmöglichkeit für Koffer. Nach einem Tag sieht das Zimmer aus wie bei bei Teenagern....
Also in dem Preissegment, will man seine Koffer abstellen, die Schuhe in die Garderobe und die jacken aufhängen....
Leider stehen auch die Servicewägen der Putzfraufen durchgehen in den Gängen, weil kein Raum dafür vorgesehen ist. Auch das ist in diesem preisgegeben schade. Kann aber auch sein, dass man abends alle wären immer in den 4. Stock in unseren Gang gestellt hat.
Leider wurde am ersten Tag vergessen unser Zimmer sauber zu machen. Wurde aber gleich nachgeholt.
Das sind natürlich alles Kleinigkeiten.... aber schade, weil das Hotel ansonsten wirklich toll ist.

Nach kleinen Hindernissen sehr schön.
Pros:

Wunderschönes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern

Cons:

Wir waren nur zwei Nächte hier. Am ersten morgen waren wir enttäuscht, da weder das buffet aufgefüllt wurde noch der Kaffee ausreichend vorhanden war. Am zweiten Morgen war alles ganz anders, das Buffet immer befüllt, Kaffee genauso. Auch der Service mit dem abräumen den Tische erfolgte zügig, ganz anders als am ersten morgen. Lag offenbar am Personal. Leider ist es bis spät in die Nacht sehr laut, da selbst als keine Gäste mehr im Hof saßen, die Musik weiterhin laut lief.

Smukt hus, meget fint renoveret med originale detaljer. Gode senge.

Cons:

Personalet forstår ikke flow. Morgenmadsbuffet var konstant halvtom og borde ikke ryddet.

Lovely hotel in a great location.
Pros:

The hotel is very well located. It has a peaceful courtyard where one can enjoy a coffee or dinner (nextdoor sister restaurant). The hotel lobby is stylish and so is the breakfast area. Staff were very friendly and welcoming (special thank you to Fleur who was doing an internship). The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Cons:

We found the rooms a little on the small side. There was no airconditioning, but the staff offered a fam which did the trick. It would have been nice to have a mini refrigerator.
