Clean and comfortable, but the basic room wasn’t worth the high price.

Pros:

Staff is very friendly and the hotel is beautiful. Super stylish. Rooms are generally clean. The location is central and easy to reach.

Cons:

For the price I would have expected a little more comfort, to be honest. There is no room service and there are no coffee makers in the room - they explain that they want you to get a good cup of coffee in the morning - which is quite funny considering they serve filter coffee at breakfast.

Sehr zentrales und schöne Hotel in Versterbro mit tollem Frühstück
Pros:

Tolles Frühstück, sehr nettes und hilfreiches Personal, gutes Café/Bistro. Die Zimmer waren schön und sauber, toll war auch der Ping Pong Tisch :-).

Cons:

Etwas mehr Ablagefläche in den Doppelzimmer wäre toll (Schrank, Platz für Kleiderablage) und im Bad (fast keine Ablagefläche für Nessessär. Damit konnten wir uns aber arrangieren :-).

Pros:

Het is een geweldig hotel: de lokatie, de kamer en het personeel is zeer vriendelijk! De tuin is echt een plus.

Cons:

Om half 7 wakker omdat men met de ontbijtservice ging starten, dus neem oordoppen mee en je verblijf is een dikke 10.

Lit très, très confortable! :)
Soirées DJ organisées par l'hotel dans la cours intérieure tous les vendredi et samedi pendant les mois d'été, animation jusqu'à minuit et petit dej dans la cours. Agréable, mais pas adapté si vous recherchez du calme.

Cons:

Acceuil impersonnel et pas tres chaleureux, aucune aide avec les bagages etc. Chambre équipée de maniere très spatiate (pas de table / chaise pour travailler, pas de pose bagage).

Decent stay, but service could be improved
Pros:

- Room: Good size overall for a double room
- Bed & pillows: Very comfortable
- Location: Close to central station and city center

Cons:

- Check-in experience: Reception staff over check-in was not very friendly, which affected first impression
- Amenities: No slippers provided in the room. Sustainability is understandable, but I don’t like to walk barefoot in a hotel room
- Appearance: Room and hotel overall look better in photos than reality
- Expectation: Surprisingly recommended by Tablet, which set fairly higher expectations
