Variety of activities, breakfast and kangaroos!
I was a little disappointed in the overall condition of the property, it seems quite run down and tired. It was very expensive and so I would have expected very high quality standards. It was a lovely place and has great potential but looks like it needs a pretty serious uplift
I found it long and arduous to get to my room and it was difficult to find, there was no offer of assistance to get me there. After a long trip to arrive it would have been nice to have been offered help to get my bags to my room.
Also, because it far away from anywhere it would be great to have some kind of shuttle service into town and possibly even the airport? It is very isolated there and a trip to the airport - only 10 minutes away- was $30.

Bathroom light turns on walk in robe light at same time, right in your eyes no choice for partner in bed to wake up in middle of night.

Aircon could not go below 21 degrees, for someone who is a hot sleeper this was really uncomfortable. They offered us a fan but did not do much tbh. The patio/outdoor bits should also be upgraded. Our table didn’t even sit straight so couldn’t sit at it. Maybe with certain more pricer rooms there would be better outdoor areas. I would have paid to have a lounger out there to relax on away from everyone. Also more information in the rooms would be great. I wasn’t aware of the activities the hotel offered until day 2 when I saw people doing things. For someone new who didn’t know that would have been great. Also more options at the restaurant for room service. This is a resort so would like to see these improve
