Wonderful resort with lovely staff!
Pros:

We were particularly impressed with Ameena, from Reception. She was absolutely amazing. the service she provided was absolutely next-level, and I can't say enough good things about her and the work that she does. Our family love this resort, and we've come back a number of times. Wonderful facility, great staff. We only have good things to say about the whole place and everything in it.

Cons:

I didn't like that, eventually, we had to leave.

Pros:

Breakfast was great with a good selection of food, water activities where good, having the bar open was good and a nice place to relax, when we first arrived the front foyer entry area looks great, love the detailed wood work

Cons:

Not to be to negative,but being a new visitor to the region there was no information on local attractions and the communication was minimal, our room was located well but is dated and needs some love, from paint peeling of around the doorways and mould in the shower tile grout, would prefer not have to step into a bath to have a shower, we found the bed to hard for our liking, when looking around while relaxing you notice the rotten timer and repair required to the main roof and the maintenance needed to the gardens( replenishment and munching) the accomodation come across as better than average but needs some love

Great weekend to enjoy the Wearable Art parade and access the many free activities on site.
Pros:

We loved being so close to the ocean beach and being able to walk there as well as grab a coffee from High Tide Cafe. Fish and Chips were also great at Salt and Battered. Sailing in the lagoon as the sunset was also sensational.

Cons:

Having a King Bed that did not have two singles put together.

I really liked the location and the friendly staff and the wonderful setup for children.

Cons:

My room was very poor, bathroom drain had a very stinky odour coming through and had to put a rubbish bin over. Carpet was old, facilities, carpet old, skirtings and paint job was very tired. Lovely few just in a desperate need to be deep cleaned and freshened up. Bathroom tired and traces of mould.

The water in the spa pool could have been warmer. They check the pH and do daily adjustments though, that was good to know.

Expansive well-kept grounds. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Bar staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had good choice for a reasonable price.

Cons:

Seating in the main restaurant area was not available, meaning that you were dining in an informal setting, chairs and tables being overly casual - outside too cool and inside too bright.
