Good location, comfortable bed

Cons:

Breakfasts included however it was extremely slow to replenish and hot food was lukewarm.The attendant did the best she could.

Pros:

Everything was excellent. Couldn't find a more clean and well looked after place to rest your head. The staff are incredible for sure. They bend over backwards to make your stay the best!!

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel.

Upon check-in, the front desk staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. I was so disappointed with the way we were treated that I asked if I could cancel my reservation, but that was not an option, leaving us stuck staying at the hotel.

Unfortunately, the room was also not as clean as I would expect, especially compared with other hotels I’ve stayed at.

I truly wish I could give this hotel a better review. In all my years of staying at hotels, I have never had a bad experience that warranted leaving a negative review until now. Sadly, the overall experience was very disappointing.

Not the cleanest! Not very friendly staff! Set a fire alarm at 12:30 AM. Couldn’t go back to sleep. Would have expected some compensation for the inconvenience.

Hotel is acceptable for overnight stays.
Pros:

Convenient location offers breakfast on site, good sized room, free wi-fi, and free parking.

Cons:

Condition of the carpets and furniture(sofa). Stained shower curtains, the shower tub have seen better days.no back up generator/power even for lights.
