The place is clean
Blankets and bedspreads have a musty smell
I needed some quiet time away from but close to home. Had I tried, I could not have picked a better place. It was quiet, peaceful, clean, and friendly. I got the rest i needed and enjoyed an evening walk thru the beautiful property. The breakfast selection was amazing. One night away at Best Western Plus was just what I needed. Without a doubt, I will be returning.

The attended took forever to find a room. After 4 hour drive .and tired needed a restroom while waiting for a room and was told no public bathroom available for customers. Then after 30 minutes sentenced gave me a room 2nd floor ut I explained I was disabled he didn't care. And elevator was broke . Get to room open the door and a man was in bed. Had to make go back down stairs and start all over. Finally got a Room downstairs after being told no rooms were available. Im in major pain all this time. Not having a restroom for guest to use while waiting and being disabled was challenging.

I had no idea about the even reception
It was a nice property. The breakfast was amazing. The employees were kind and helpful.
I stayed in room 122 and the shower walls has black mold growing on it. Plus I went to swim and it smells like trash or death so it should be cleaned around the swimming pool.
I was scammed. I arrived on March 31st at 11:00 PM and spoke with the guy at the front desk to get my room assignment and pay the deposit. At 1:00 AM, they called me to say they had assigned me the wrong room and that if I wanted to keep it, I would have to accept additional charges. I hung up, and the next morning I spoke with the front desk again; they told me that they were not the ones who had called. A few days later, I found a charge on my card for $514, which I am now disputing as an attempted scam.
