The first-floor suite with access to the parking lot through the sliding patio door was the ideal situation for us and our dog. Easy in and out with him and the loading and unloading of our vehicle could not have been easier.
There was plenty of space with the separate living room and bedroom areas. The toiletries, bedding and linens were good quality.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Cannot find fault in anything.

We had the suite with 2 queen size beds. They were in separate rooms with the bathroom in-between. The rooms were nice and clean and the beds comfortable.
Breakfast was ok too.
It was a truly awful stay!!
During the entire night there was a loud humming noise and it could not be turned off (outside part of the ACs). It was worse in the room closest to the windows. Hardly slept at all because of it, even with earplugs. You could feel the vibrations in the bed and when you stood in front of the hotel the whole outside wall would be humming.
Everything else might be really nice, but the core feature of a hotel - providing a place for restful sleep - completely failed. One of us ended up sitting in the car instead just to escape the noise.

The fitness room was poor. The saddle on the bike was loose. The elliptical was poor and the weight machine had a trapped cable. All very poor

It would be nice if the breakfast was served later - even if just a half hour later, going until 10 could make a huge difference. On a weekend/holiday Monday. The bed was not comfortable, hard as a rock. But worked for the night.
