Pros:

Emplacement. Personnel agréable.

Cons:

Chambre vieillissante (stores abîmés, nombreux trous dans les murs et plafond rebouchés à la va vite...)
Petit déjeuner avec un buffet non adapté au nombre de clients, personnel dépassé.
Idem pour la piscine, pas adaptée pour un hôtel de 80 chambres
En bref, le prix demandé ne correspond pas aux prestations fournies.

La situation, à deux pas de la cité. Belle piscine. Grande chambre,Literie confortable.

Cons:

Le buffet Petit déjeuner est de bonne qualité mais j' ai trouvé qu'il manquait un peu de choix et puis beaucoup beaucoup de monde et parfois difficile d'accès.

On reviendra à Carcassonne mais pas dans cet hôtel

L’emplacement, très bien situé, à 2 pas de la cité

Cons:

Hôtel vieillissant, pas le standing d’un 4****.
Poussière sur les grilles d’aération, odeur de renfermement dans la chambre (probablement en lien avec la moquette)
Nous avions à priori lors de la réservation vue cité, finalement vue parking. Arrivée à 14h possible, chambre prête qu’à 15h
Gel douche vide dans douche.
Personnel agréable (sauf la responsable a priori qui ne dit pas bonjour).
Petit déjeuner copieux et piscine agréable (même si là encore un rafraîchissement de la rampe semble nécessaire).
