Pros:

Obsługa bardzo przyjemna i gotowa pomóc gdy tylko zajdzie taka potrzeba. Hotel bardzo czysty. Lokalizacja dobra. Niedaleko metro.

Cons:

Był problem z pojemnikiem na szampon do włosów i ciała. Gdy używało się go zgodnie z przeznaczaniem, odpadała klapka. Jest to jednak drobna niedogodność.

Honestly, I can’t say anything positive about this hotel. The room smelled of stale air and cigarette smoke. The walls were dirty, the corners were chipped, and the bed was only suitable for one person. The shower cabin was extremely cramped, and I kept bumping my elbows against the walls. Even the toilet paper was of the cheapest possible quality.

The breakfast was equally disappointing. The selection was very limited, and it was served in a windowless basement room. The kitchen staff member was also quite rude.

If you're visiting Paris for a vacation, I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel and not letting it ruin your trip.

Horrible experience!
Pros:

The room was relatively clean but the bathroom needs updating.

Cons:

The location is far from everything and a 10 minute walk to the metro station. The room was extremely small and the bathroom even smaller. There was nowhere to plug in anything in the bathroom except for a shaver through the blow dryer unit which was old and unusable. The safe in the room didn't work. The worst part of the experience however was the staff. They were unfriendly and no matter what we asked for, the answer was always No! The towels were super thin and there was nowhere to properly hang them so they never dried properly. They were basically done with after one shower. Every time we asked for more towels the staff argued with us and basically said that we could only have one set. We asked for an extra pillow and they said no! We asked for an extra pillowcase and again the answer was no! Not no, sorry we can't or anything like that, just no! I'm not sure how this place has good reviews but for us it was a horrible experience and would not recommend it to anyone.
