Categories

Cleanliness
8.2
Generally praised as clean in many reviews, though isolated issues were reported (stained duvet, failure to clean during a 5-day stay, unexpected staff entry).
Service
9
Staff frequently described as friendly, helpful and accommodating (turned on A/C, welcoming reception and breakfast staff), with a few reports of unfriendly or unhelpful interactions and missed housekeeping requests.
Location
9.2
Location repeatedly praised (close to Montparnasse/metro, excellent neighbourhood, easy to reach).
Room Quality
7.5
Rooms are clean and have good AC/comfortable beds but many guests noted very small 'box' rooms, noisy floors, and occasional stained linens.
Amenities
8.4
Air conditioning and basic in-room amenities are appreciated; however there are complaints about a single small/old elevator and limited common-area ventilation.
Value for Money
7.4
Several guests felt the price was high for the small room size and for the breakfast offering; a few felt quality/price was acceptable.
Food and Beverage
7.6
Breakfast described as lacking variety and somewhat expensive for the quality; service in breakfast room was praised though availability of clean tables at busy times was an issue.
Overall Experience
9.1
Overall stays are positive due to location, cleanliness and very helpful staff for many guests, despite recurring notes about small rooms and some housekeeping/maintenance issues.

Pros:

Cons:
